Exceptional West End Experience! - We had an exceptional private tour with Lauren - learned so much history and folklore about Glasgow and the University of Glasgow. Lauren was so knowledgeable and so lovely to spend time with, and we loved hearing about her family connection to the University. We really enjoyed Ashton Lane and dined afterwards at the Ubiquitous Chip (had the Haggis and it was so good!) HIGHLY recommend this tour of the West End!!

Best way to spend an afternoon! - What a deal! Preregister for a walking tour, pay when you arrive, and spend the time walking with Karen who not only has a passion for her city, but can communicate with a group clearly and captivatingly.

Great tour in the heart of Glasgow - I had literally just arrived in the city so this tour was a wonderful way to get my feet on the ground. Our guide was funny, informative, and gave a lot of historical and cultural background to wherever we went. If you're looking for a good way to kick off a Glasgow visit this is a great place to start.

Walking Glasgow like a local - I took this walking tour, as I only had one day in Glasgow and wanted to see as much of the city as possible...and they delivered. Jean, our guide, is a student at Glasgow University and was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and engaging. The tour is about 3 hours covering the heart of the downtown. The group was quite large for a walking tour, but Jean managed to keep everyone together and engaged. She offered something for everyone...history, architecture, pop culture and current events. After the tour, I asked her how to get to Kelvingrove Museum, and she showed how how to navigate the Glasgow subway and where to get off. Talk about going the extra mile. The tour was only 8 British Pounds, about $11 US, a fabulous bargain. I can unequivocally recommend this tour, at least if it is with Jean.

A great tour of an interesting city - Our guide was very interesting and funny. She told us about a whole lot of different aspects of Glasgow. It was a long walk lasting over 2 and a half hours but we felt we had a real grasp of the old town's places of interest at the end of it.

Excellent way to see the City - Completed the City Centre walking tour. Our guide was excellent. She gave alot of information. it is interesting to see the various buildings in the City Centre. Walking was at a reasonable pace, may be too quick for some but there was always plenty of opportunity to stop and take photos. The street art in the city is amazing. I would recommend doing a walking tour. I was dissapointed that I was unable to do the West End Tour due to lack of people booking on but did my own West End Tour! Glasgow is a beautiful city and the tour certainly highlights some areas and also gives the opportunity to retrace steps and see other places.

Excellent wat to spend a few hours. - We did the Glasgow city centre tour on Monday, and loved it. Liv and Jenny were very down to earth and their historical and local knowledge was superb. When walking between the points of interest, both girls were engaging and chatty - just really nice people! The walk was a little under three hours, but not rushed at all, so even the more 'mature' among us managed it quite easily. We have done similar tours in a number of European cities and the Glasgow walking tour was up there with the best of them! Glasgow is my home city, and I still learned some new and interesting facts. (A unicorn Jenny? - Really...?) I would recommend the tour unreservedly.

City Center Tour - We enjoyed seeing some of the important sites in Glasgow. It turned out to be a 3 hour walking tour at a quick pace. Our recommendation would have been fewer music venue sites and more time at the historical and other major sites. Our guide was very good and pointed out sites as we walked.

Great Tour! - Great tour, that covers a biiiig area of glasgow. That way you can spot the places, where you want to come back to and spend a little bit more time. Our tour went for over three hours, therefore a little bit too long for my taste, bute our guide was really entertaining and gave great recommendations after the tour!

Too fast, to little info - The tour guide was a nice gal, but the tour was definitely rushed, we were basically jogging on ice and over red lights. Some of the impprtant bits of info were left out. We felt cheated. Would not recommend. Unfortunately, there's no Sandeman's New Europe in Glasgow.
