• Kerry Bog Village Museum - Travel back to 19th Century Ireland at the Kerry Bog Village, which delves into Ireland’s rural history, heritage, and lifestyle. Visitors can immerse themselves in the culture, customs, and living conditions of our ancestors during the famine years and late 19th century. The village features period thatched cottages, fully furnished with authentic antiques, complete with sound effects and figurines. Outdoors, there is an impressive display of rural farm equipment used by turf cutters and farmers of that era.

In the village, you will also encounter the once nearly extinct ‘Kerry Bog Pony’ and the world’s tallest dogs, the ‘Irish Wolfhound’.

• Valentia Island - Take a small car ferry from Reenard Point to Knightstown on Valentia Island. Drive around the island to see the old slate quarry and learn about the transatlantic telegraph cable that connected Valentia Island to Newfoundland.
• Kerry Cliffs - The Kerry Cliffs are renowned as the most spectacular cliffs in Kerry.

Standing over 1000ft above the wild Atlantic, these cliffs were formed in a desert environment 400 million years ago. To the west, you can see the stunning Skellig Rocks, one of only three UNESCO World Heritage sites in Ireland. The Kerry Cliffs offer the closest viewing point to these great rocks and the famous Puffin Island. As you stand at the summit of this mystical place, breathe in the fresh air from the wild Atlantic and take in this natural wonder. Relax and enjoy the majestic views that extend for 30 miles around. Many travelers visit to observe the thriving colonies of cliff birds.

• Skelligs Chocolate Co. - Stop and savor the delightful selection of chocolates at the chocolate factory in the picturesque Finians Bay.
• Killarney National Park - We will stop at Ladies View (named after Queen Victoria’s “Ladies in Waiting” following her visit to Killarney National Park in 1861) and also Torc Waterfall before heading back into Killarney Town.
• Kells Sheepdogs Ring of Kerry - At Kells Sheepdogs, Ring of Kerry, there are daily sheepdog demonstrations. Watch the sheepdogs in action as they gather sheep from the rugged hills. Learn about the Scottish Blackface sheep, the training process for the sheepdogs, and why they make a shepherd’s life easier on an Irish farm. Witness the age-old relationship between man and dog as the sheep are expertly guided by these intelligent border collies.
