Hot Air Balloon - Beautiful views and friendly staff who were very knowledgeable! The staff made it a memorable experience. It was cool learning the history behind the champagne toast that is done at the end of the experience.

Fun, Informative, Safe, Social meeting great fellow passengers from all over the country! - I appreciated the excellent work this company did to not only make it an incredibly enjoyable experience but how interesting they made it explaining the history of hot air ballooning and the safety that goes into operating one of these crafts.

Way more than what I expected thanks again - Wow, what a wonderful time we had the hot air balloon pilot was awesome. Answered all of our questions and others as well. Most definitely do it again. If I have the chance, I recommend them 110% you can’t go wrong. I’m going on a hot air balloon ride, all I can say is awesome

Such an amazing and... - Such an amazing and breathtaking experience! I have a fear of heights but was not afraid at all! It was a smooth take off and an uneventful landing, I was really impressed! The pilot was entertaining and knowledge, I would definitely do this again!

Thee Must Do Experience - This morning my husband and I woke up at 5am to drive to the other side of Scottsdale from our hotel to go up in a Hot Air Balloon and we had an unforgettable morning! Checking in was smooth and easy with a large meeting space and clean bathroom facilities. We were given our boarding pass with Jacob as our Balloon Pilot. Shortly after checking in we boarded a van to our launch site. The woman driving us (I forgot her name but she was awesome!!) explained a lot about the process and her job as the ground crew. We got out of the van as they started inflating the balloons giving us ample time to take photos before jumping into the basket. I'm 5'2 and have short stubby legs but the flight crew let me take the time I needed to get into the basket. Before we launched our driver ran around taking our phones and took pictures just before take off. We went up, up, up! I don't like heights but with the basket coming up chest high it's easy to look out not down. Our Pilot let us know the direction we were headed and altitude while pointing out landmarks. It was a very tranquil and smooth flight. As we were coming down we braced for impact but it was surprisingly smooth considering the basket doesn't have landing gear like a plane. We landed, popped open a bottle of champagne and talked a bit more before heading back to the meeting point. Once we got back we ate some snacks, looked at some souvenirs, paid and left. Overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend 5/5

Bucket List Experience - This was an amazing experience! I was really scared at first as I'm afraid of heights, but It ended up being super relaxing. It was so beautiful to see the sunrise from the sky. We flew over residential areas and more desert type areas where we saw cactuses and even saw a few rabbits running. Our pilot was super nice and answered any questions people had. We flew a little over an hour. This was the highlight of our phoenix trip!

Sunrise lift off - Excellent tour. Kyle our pilot was fantastic. Knowledgeable, funny and made the ride fell comfortably safe. The champagne toast topped it off.

Must try!! - The views were amazing, tour guide was very professional and I love the experience! My first time riding & I give it a 10/10

AZ hot air balloon experience rainbow - I’ve done this 3 times and every ride is different.. the whole experience was great the balloon pilots and support crew are awesome.. highly recommend doing thus adventure

Smooth but misleading - Friendly staff and a smooth ride, but we were upset that the sunrise started while we were in the van driving to the take-off location and that the sky was completely blue by the time any of the balloons lifted off. If we had wanted to take a balloon ride in a blue sky we would have happily slept a few hours longer and gone at a different time. The waiting around time before and after the actual ride was also quite lengthy.
