Our captain, Patrick, was fantastic—informative, funny, and most importantly, he got us up and down safely. We ended the ride with a mimosa toast, which was the perfect way to celebrate safe travels! 🥂 It was an amazing adventure with my best friend by my side—a moment we will never forget. My husband, who is scared to death of heights, said this was the best thing he has ever done. The entire team was absolutely amazing and did an awesome job of making us feel very comfortable from start to finish. We feel truly blessed for this experience. ❤️Highly recommend this experience!

Best hot air balloon in Phoenix! - This was a bucket list for both me and my BFF. They load you up in a huge passenger van and take you out in the desert early in the morning before sunrise. It was very interesting and amazing working with everybody in the company. Riding in a hot air balloon was amazingly so smooth and it felt like you weren’t even in the air. It was definitely an awesome experience that I am coming back and doing this again in October with my daughter. I would definitely recommend

Amazing sunrise ride - This was an amazing experience. Patrick was my pilot and he made the experience so enjoyable. He told funny dad jokes while also sharing facts about what was happening.

Bucket 🪣 list - It was a great experience and Jessie (orange) the instructor was amazing. Anyone that attend this activity. Ask for Jessie (orange). The staff was amazing and patience.

Ride high and just Soar - Best experience ever. Gotten high up in that balloon. Not scary at all. Very smooth ride. Amazing view ever. Once in a life time experience we'll worth trying at least once.

Up and away - It was a great experience. Patrick made the experience enjoyable. Would do it again and would definitely recommend to others.

Engagement with an amazing view - Our pilot was CJ. Gave instructions on how to prepare to land and talked about a few landmarks while on the balloon. Helped me with engagement part of the ride. Explained the purpose of the champagne after the balloon ride. Overall a great experience with CJ. Want to thank him for recording and helping with the engagement on the balloon ride. Truly an amazing experience. Thank you CJ Giordano (deep dish pizza is #1), Ameer, Nicola Vierno and Lindsay Mayer for making all of this happen. Simply the best.

Book with another company. One with eye competence to do proper pre-checks and has more empathy for their customers. - If I could rate this experience 0, I would have. There was 4 other groups that actually took flight but we were in the one group that didn’t. And the reason being that the team set up the hot air balloon next to a shrub that caused the parachute part of the hot air balloon to tear. Is that not a part of the pre-checks prior to inflating? So, we got to wake up at 4am just to watch every other group take off. Wouldn’t have complained if the cancellation had been weather related because that’s something you can’t control. Also, is there not backup setups? On top of everything, the pilot and crew made light of the situation by making jokes. Pilot said not worth waking up this early for other than a balloon ride…or in our case to not get a balloon ride. Then the setup crew telling everyone how awesome the balloon ride is…GREAT. Not everyone can reschedule. We were on the last day of our vacation. I never leave negative reviews but felt I had to review this experience.
