Worth the wait - Took a while to find the dolphins but once we did it was a magical experience seeing the dolphins under water and hearing them communicate to each other. Highlight of our trip and well worth doing. Staff very friendly.

The best dolphin swim in Australia! - The most amazing dolphin swim trip I have ever done! I have been travelling in Australia over a year now so was not expecting to see anything I hadn’t already, but this tour was absolutely unbelievable from start to finish! The staff were incredible, all marine biologists so super knowledgeable on the dolphins and ensured we were interacting with them in a safe and ethical way. We spent loads of time in the water and the group size was not too big, I must have swam with at least 20 different dolphins! We got an incredible view up close of dolphins and babies, they were super playful and so came up really close to us! The crew took some amazing photos for us to keep as well and the equipment was clean and good quality. Couldn’t recommend more - an unforgettable experience!

Fantastic Experience. - The whole experience on the Temptation was wonderful. We arrived at 1/4 to 8 and were greeted by the friendly and efficient staff. Guests were instructed on the safety aspects, then off we went. Within the first 5 minutes we had spotted a dolphin, then from then on it was dolphins everywhere! The staff made sure that everybody on board had seen the dolphins and were safe. The weather was exceptional and the water like glass. Value for $$$ was again exceptional. We arrived back after 12 feeling ultra relaxed and thankful for what we had seen.

Fantastic wild dolphins swimming experience - I would highly recommend the dolphins watching/swimming experience. It was absolutely breathtaking. The dolphins were super close and at times only a feet or two away when we were on the swimming nets. It was absolutely surreal. I felt like I was watching a vertical reality video when watching the dolphins from the net whilst under the water. We were fortunate enough to interact with 2 pods of dolphins and see a few smaller groups of dolphins swimming along the way as well. The crew were lovely and so informative and welcoming. It did take a little bit to find the second group of dolphins to interact with, but it was so worth the wait - as it gave everyone some time to enjoy the views, company and boat ride. Would definitely recommend.

Put it on your bucket list! - Up close and personal - simply awesome! Lovely to be in the water with these fabulous creatures and so close - we particularly loved the front net swim. This cruise is extremely well organised and all crew members have studied Marine Biology and are very attuned to the welfare of the dolphins.

Solo in Adelaide - I had a wonderful day. I was only in Adelaide for a couple of days and im glad i chose to swim with the dolphins. I am 60 and rather over weight and was very hesitant about how i would go. The staff were wonderful and helpful and didnt make me feel like a beached whale..recommend to anyone.

Combo watch/swim tour - We booked as a couple, one to swim with the dolphins ($149) and the other to watch ($88) as more of a sightseeing cruise. There were plenty of dolphins about and the crew seemed to know the best locations to scout them out. Dolphin welfare was important to the crew which was great to see. Their tips about where to look at what times was helpful to those in the water. It was a large group onboard with a real mix of those swimming and those not, I’d say about half half. Our swimmer got into the front net twice during the four hour trip, with multiple opportunities to get on the ropes at the back. He said the back ropes were not really great for either seeing dolphins or enjoyment. It was more like just hanging on! The front net area was enjoyed by all it seemed, so more access to that for each swimmer would be much better - perhaps the groups need to be smaller so those swimming get more opportunity to get in the front nets. It was also quite strenuous climbing in/out of both front and back areas so physical capability is definitely required. As a non swimmer there was just nowhere to sit! Well, on the deck obviously, but there’s no actual seating so you’ll be sitting on your bum on a wet deck for 4 hours. There is one raised bench right at the front but you have to climb over a soft suspended net to get to it. While the crew are spotting dolphins everyone must be seated at all times, so everyone on the boat was crouched down or sitting on the deck. It would be really quite easy for some bench seats to be installed around the centre deck of the boat. The boat itself really is neglected. The toilets were revolting and the bottom deck was rusty, musty and pretty yuck. There are no refreshments available on board so you have to take your own, even bottled water! We’d have liked to see waters handed out, especially for those doing the swim as they were in salty water and doing lots of activity. Personally we wouldn’t recommend this as a ‘watch’ activity, go along if you wish to be in the water with the dolphins.
