The best way to see and experience the Glenwood Springs Canyon - We took the 3 hour trip with a Shoshone drop off point in the Glenwood Springs Canyon. I was expecting this to be primarily a "float trip," knowing the river is pretty mellow by the middle of July, so we were pleasantly surprised to experience some Class 3 rapids within the first 2 miles of the approximately 9 mile trip. After getting through these, the remainder of the trip was just beautiful, relaxing, and didn't require any paddling whatsoever. We just enjoyed the scenery, the wildlife (we saw a mother bear and her cub along with a few longhorn sheep), and the few interesting tidbits shared by our guide as we meandered through the Canyon on our raft. We took the noon trip, which I would strongly recommend to avoid the typical late afternoon showers that are common in the Canyon and made their appearance as we were heading home.

Awesome rafting trip - We brought our families to raft the river and met Jenny upon arriving and she was so helpful and awesome to us. The adventure on the river was one to remember and I would highly recommend spending time rafting with white water! The guides are very knowledgeable and experienced.

Super fun afternoon trip - We had a great time and Bubba was a fantastic guide. Highly recommend! Water was refreshing. The trip had several good rapids in the beginning and then we enjoyed the more leisurely float time. Scenery was amazing!

Two thumbs up! - Great experience from start to finish. Everyone we encountered on staff was friendly and they were very safety conscious. Our guide Bubba kept us entertained with stories about the area, information about the names of the rapids and jokes. He made a point of getting to know us and made the trip a lot of fun. We even had several water fights with other boats. It was a ton of fun and we will definitely do it again.

What a blast! - Had a great time rafting the double Shoshone. Good rapids, exhilarating ride, loved it. We had Dutch for our guide. He was fun, knew what he was doing and kept us safe. He also gave some great recommendations for local restaurants which was helpful. Will definitely do it again!

Wet and refreshing fun. - Fun trip. Our guide Hank prepared us well for the rapids. He told told us some good stories as we headed down river. Would have liked to do a little more paddling on the slower parts of the river just to have something to do.

Best Activity In The Valley - Amazing experience had best time with friends. Worth the money. Dylan was our instructor was a nice guy ,friendly and he told us a lot of things about a canyon with lame jokes hahha just kidding. Best 1st time exp with WHITE RIVER RAFTING , would stay with me forever!!!

Great family getaway - Loved the rapids, wish there had been a little more of that but overall so much fun! Our guide Mallard was great.

Wild, safe, well equipped and so much fun! Best day ever! - Our guide, Randi, was so fun and competent! We had a blast. Highly recommend Whitewater Rafting, LLC... Super good equipment, helmets, rafts, life jackets... Everyone was fun and helpful and safe. First time for me but I'll be back for sure.
