Looking for a trip but have kids under age 5 or under 50 pounds? Our Short & Mild Rafting Trip is great for anyone seeking a milder experience or trying rafting for the first time. This fun, scenic float with our experienced guides will keep everyone happy and safe. Easy class II rapids are a great introduction for young children or those who just want to enjoy the scenic beauty of the river without getting soaked! This trip is open to families with children as young as 2 years old. For families with children age 5 and older we recommend the Half Day Rafting Trip.

Perfect rafting trip for young kids - The short and mild rafting trip was perfect for our family. The kids had a blast. We still had some nice rapids and our guide, Willie was great. He was knowledgeable and funny. We all had a great time.

Glenwood Rafting is a blast - It was very pleasant and Randi was very helpful and guided us very well. We picked 9 am and it's a memorable one. Pictures are awesome. Hopefully in the future they will reduce more orangish color over the picture. We had a blast and wished to come back again. Front desk service was great and Thomas' help was great and gentle. Thank you all.

Great Experience - I went in the calmer tube ride which was very nice. Our guide Moss was great! He was very knowledgeable. The river and the mountains were so beautiful. Loved it

Fun Time for even beginners - It was very hot day but the splashing was refreshing to us. We took a mild & short ride so it wasn’t crazy than the others. Overall it was less pressure to beginners like ours so would recommend it for anyone who would like to try out. We were laughing during the most of our rides.

Great times! - Amazing! Our guide, Forrest/Baba was awesome. Great times! Family had lot of fun and very anxious being a beginner but finally it was worth it and nothing to worry about.

Great Rafting Trip - What an incredible first time rafting! Whitewater Rafting LLC made everything so easy, fun and safe. The staff is all so friendly and our trip captain, Randi, was awesome! She really put us at ease and if anyone isn’t comfortable with something, she works around it. We can’t wait to go back!

Adults and kids will have a blast!! - Wonderful experience! We went on this trip with our kids (7 & 8 years old) abd we all had a great time. The guide (Scotty) was knowledgeable and super friendly.

Fun and exciting experience - Challenging activity for first timers but fun and exciting. Amazing Mountain View’s all around. We will do the more extreme rafting next time. It's best to go in a group so you can share the photo expense.

Great experience - Perfect for family of 4 with younger kids!! Our kids are 5 and 9 and had a blast. Mild enough for our 5 year old but with some thrilling moments for our 9 year old.
