Such an easy way to get to London - This is such a great service. 20 minutes to Paddington Station. If you purchase 90 days in advance the ticket is $15 each way. So worth it!

Best ever connection from London Paddington Railway Station to Heathrow Airport - It was an easy-peasy and a super fast connection from the GWR train arriving in Paddington to the Heathrow Express :) I recommend it.

July 2024 - Easy way to get from Heathrow terminals to Paddington. 15 min ride with fresh trains, Wi-Fi and AC. Buy ticket through the app, blippa at entry and exit. We went round trip and it was worth the little extra cost that it gets compared to the subway, especially when it is hot! Then took a taxi from Paddington to our hotel, cheap by taxi in London and you get to see quite a lot of the city

Our 3 mile taxi ride... - ...from Paddington Station to our hotel took longer than the 15 minute train ride ;) Traveled one-way to Paddington after landing @ LHR. Plenty of seats on the train. Purchased tickets on-line in advance for £10.00 each. Well worth the convenience and comfort.

Not as advertised - Buyer beware. No one to support the purchase of tickets at Heathrow and the app is unclear and does not offer the range of tickets advertised. What should have cost 40 pounds for two adult return tickets (according to the many large flyers at the airport) wound up costing us 100 pounds. We received different incorrect instructions at two points along the way and being as we were on a timetable we were stuck buying tickets a second time to get back the airport. I reached out and the service refuses to make any adjustments after the fact (and can't make them in real time because they don't have any people monitoring the ticket purchases). So as a tourist who was really excited to spend a long layover in London instead of the airport I'm left disappointed because the bill was so much more than advertised/anticipated and no one will fix it.

Waste of money - Had a frustrating experience with Heathrow Express. I was looking for the Elizabeth Line, but staff misguided me onto the Heathrow Express instead. I ended up at Paddington, which meant I had to change and backtrack. Since it’s only one stop, of course, I used the service in full (as they wrote in the email) – not like I had much choice once on board. Despite explaining the situation to their support team, I was refused a refund for what was an unnecessary trip. I will avoid Heathrow Express at all costs just because of that interaction with their support.

Horror due to disruptions - We experienced a horrific situation today at Paddington due to disruptions with the Heathrow Express. It was very badly managed, and we experienced a great deal of stress. No one seemed to care that we were at risk of missing our flight. We were traveling with three children, and the attendant closed the entrance to the Heathrow Express platform right in front of us, allowing everyone ahead of us to enter. We had to run three times with a lot of luggage to different corners of Paddington due to various announcements. In the end, we had to take the Elizabeth line, which was overcrowded, took much longer, and experienced delays. The Heathrow Airport check-in staff did not care about these disruptions and stated that it was "not their problem." Ultimately, no one seemed to be responsible for the situation.

Scam - Never received any codes. Contacted Viator for refund and nothing. The “tour” operator never replied. Heathrow express in London tried to help but they couldn’t figure it out. I ended up buying another ticket

Total tourist rip off. - Total tourist rip off .First class return was well over 100 pounds for two .first class was no better than regular and there was no checking to see who was seated there .Hard to find the first class carriages.It only takes 15 minutes but you may have to walk a long way to get there from terminal 2 .On top of that you have to pay for a cab from Paddington to your hotel.Cheaper and easier to just take a cab from Heathrow .

Mixed up travel directions when booking- No Refund! Terrible customer service! - I booked their advance return ticket and upon wanting to board my train I realised that I had accidentally mixed up the travel directions. I explained it to the staff on the ground in Paddington but HE is giving NO REFUND whatsoever on their advance tickets. I didn't use those tickets, I had to repurchase new tickets and now paid in fact twice. I am surely not the only person making this simple mistake. Wrote to customer service twice, received no understanding. Their service is really expensive to begin with and then on top of that they make it their policy to rip people off. Never again.
