• Cotswold Plant House - At the Make-Your-Own-Terrarium Bar, the Operator will guide participants through the process of creating terrariums, which are the ultimate low-maintenance, self-sustaining ecosystems. Participants will learn about the function of each layer within the jar and have the opportunity to assemble it themselves. This is a self-directed activity, so the Operator will not be constantly observing, but will check in periodically to offer assistance and ensure everything is progressing smoothly.

Creating the terrariums is straightforward, and the beauty of doing it yourself is that participants can choose to be as meticulous—or not—as they wish. Typically, it takes about 25-30 minutes to complete, but there is an hour time limit, allowing ample time for those who wish to perfect their decorations.

While the shop will remain open to other customers during the session, the terrarium-making activity is a private booking, ensuring no one else can join in while participants are engaged in the activity.
