Feira Livre da Glória - This is where we’ll start our experience. This is a very traditional Farmers Market with a lot of food options to choose from. Here we’ll try some local street favorites and some sugar cane juice.
Escadaria Selaron - Here we’ll visit one of the most visited locations in Rio de Janeiro. Over two thousand tiles in this 215 steps of art work.
Catedral Metropolitana de São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro - The Metropolitan Cathedral of São Sebastião in Rio de Janeiro stands out among the buildings in the city center. Its unique architecture catches the attention of everyone who passes by and surprises those who visit! Its appearance and history are unconventional and make it one of the most curious spots in the wonderful city!
Sao Bento Monastery - The Monastery of São Bento do Rio de Janeiro is a historic monastery located on Morro de São Bento , in the center of the city of Rio de Janeiro , in Brazil . It is one of the main colonial art monuments in the city and the country.

Work on the São Bento Monastery began in 1633 based on a project from 1617, and important modifications and expansions were carried out at the end of the 17th century.

The monastery still functions as such, with one of the most important and traditional educational establishments in Brazil alongside it: the Colégio de São Bento , founded in 1858, which trained a considerable number of Brazilian personalities, such as Pixinguinha , Benjamin Constant , Noel Rosa , Antônio Silva Jardim , Villa-Lobos , among others.

Cadeg - Besides being the Municipal Market, Cadeg is also home to some amazing restaurant providing a true food experience. Here we’ll try some of their famous codfish dumplings and have a nice cold beer. Also we’ll try some of their sweets.
Feira de Sao Cristovao - This is where we’ll finish our experience with some great food, drinks and live music at this amazing local spot. Here you’ll get to experience the Northern Brazilian Culture in the heart of Rio de Janeiro.

Let’s have a great Sunday together exploring the local foods, drinks, and vibes. In this tour, we’ll try many different local favorites. We’ll visit some of the most popular food destinations around Rio de Janeiro and some of the most important landmarks in the city. A curated selection of local drinks and food is included in this tour. Come ready to eat and have fun with me. Unfortunately, this tour is not vegan-friendly since most locations visited don’t offer any vegan options.

Great local experience. - Definitely a great option for those traveling alone. Finding Bruno was the best thing for my trip. I had two days to explore as much as possible. Bruno took me out on his lovely night tour where we went to the São Cristóvão Fair, a Samba School and we finished in Lapa. He also took me to the Farmers Market located in Gloria the following morning. Definitely a great, fun and respectful guy that will truly provide you an experience. Great for female travelers. Thank you Bruno for the experience

Great time - Bruno was the best he really knows Rio and gives you a great historical and cultural tour of the city. We liked him so much we booked an private all day tour with him. I would recommend him to anyone going to rio

A must if you are visiting Rio - I had the pleasure to spend a few lovely days with Bruno. I did his walking tour, food tour and the private day tour and they were all amazing. The BEST tour in Rio - Bruno was an AMAZING tour guide! He worked with my friends and I to give us the best experience in Rio. He was so flexible, and he helped us plan events for the days he was not with us (like getting tickets for a soccer game). He also made sure we got the best shots, taking great pictures of our little group. We left with so much knowledge about the city and we could tell he loves sharing his city with others! We were lucky enough to spend 2 days with him and we covered so many places, got to eat delicious food, and had a trip we will remember for the rest of our lives!

Real authentic tour of the city - Bruno is amazing we took a whirlwind walking tour of Rio it was awesome. Great tour great guide felt like family. Got to the city like a true local. Ended the trip with some great food an music at the Sao Cristovao fair. What an experience

Great night tour for those uncomfortable to go out in Rio at nigh alone. - This is perfect for those afraid to go out in Rio at night alone. As a woman I felt very comfortable with Bruno, and someone also booked the tour on the same day as me which it made it even better. Bruno took us for dinner and then to this cozy bar for some samba. The bar was a bit empty so he took us to another great bar with a nice patio where you could seat and watch the locals parting on the street. Definitely a great tour if you want to explorer the other side of Rio besides Ipanema and Copacabana. Thank you, Bruno, for a great night, you are definitely one of a kind. Every city should have a Bruno.

Great way to see the real Rio! - We had a good time going around Rio with Bruno! He is fluent in English and shared a lot of cultural details alongside tour of the city. He is very kind and protective of his group! He also helped us with many suggestions for things to do after the tour and for rest of the trip.

Super fun and informative! - Bruno tours is exceptional! Bruno is very knowledgeable about the city’s history and gave us lots of fun facts. Being from Boston myself and my family it was nice to have someone give us a tour that also spent most of his life here. I recommend Bruno Tours to anyone looking to learn about or simply enjoy the beauty of Rio de Janeiro with someone who knows all about it.
