Additional Information

Our journey begins at Marina da Gloria, where you’ll board our special catamaran. From here, we set sail towards the Museum of Tomorrow, a significant architectural landmark in Porto Maravilha, the port district of Rio. En route, we’ll pass by notable locations including Villegagnon Island, Santos Dumont Airport, Fiscal Island, and the Navy’s Arsenal.

Upon leaving the Museum of Tomorrow, we’ll head towards Niterói. During this leg of the journey, we’ll see the stunning Rio-Niterói Bridge and the renowned Concha Acústica (Acoustic Shell), before reaching the MAC, the Museum of Contemporary Art. This building’s disc shape, a creation of Oscar Niemeyer, never fails to captivate.

Before we make our way back to Rio de Janeiro, take in the exceptional views that Guanabara Bay has to offer, including Adão and Eva Beaches, Santa Cruz Fortress, Lage Fortress, São José Fortress, and São João Fortress.

We’ll make a quick stop at the iconic Sugarloaf for a photo opportunity. On the way back to Marina da Gloria, we’ll sail past the historic Urca Casino and Flamengo Beach.

  • This is a contemplative tour, with no stops for diving or disembark during the tour.

Best tour in Rio de Janeiro! Unmissable! - Incredible tour to discover Rio de Janeiro from the sea, departures from Marina da Glória in the late afternoon, 90 min tour with beautiful views of Sugarloaf Mountain and Corcovado, Museum of Tomorrow, Rio Niterói Bridge! Tour with bilingual information. One of the best tours in Rio de Janeiro. I highly recommend it!

Good value, organized crew. - Good value for the money. Drinks onboard were priced reasonably. Showed up at the dock on time and went the full two hours. Nothing too exciting but some interesting sights in the harbor to see.

Great value for the price - Great value for the price ! Friendly staff except for the " Trip Advisor Rep". She was bossy and not very nice. ( maybe having a bad day?) I would recommend this trip but it's definitely not a Sunset cruise as you go at 4pm n return at 6pm.

Sunset Cruise - This was a beautiful experience. The weather was perfect, not too hot, and not too cloudy (although very windy). The tour was a perfect length, but I wish we had started a little later, so that we could have experienced more of the sunset, but it was still a great time. I went on my birthday with a friend and it was wonderful. I would highly recommend the sunset cruise for IG worthy views!

Great tour - Very easy process to find the company and board the boat. The boat was comfortable and made stops for us to take pictures. You'll also learn a little about the landmarks you see. The tour is given in Spanish, Portuguese and English!

Best Boat Tour - Clarissa was a great tour guide and friendly as well. First time using the boat so she helped us understand places and history, and even some good spots to eat. It was refreshing to have someone who understood English … awesome lady!

Good tour for the price - Nice tour. Had three 10 minute stops for pictures. Didn’t get off, but they positioned so you could get some nice pictures. Unfortunately, when some people got up to take photos, other guests stole there seats. Even leaving a bag behind didn’t protect the seats while you got up for a minute. Tour operator could sell marked seats to fix this problem.

Nice trip around the bay - This was a different way to see the city and was very nice - just a suggestion to have some marking at the embarking point to help non-Portuguese speakers understand what to do.

When Boats Break - The tour company was nice enough. Tour started one hour before schedule. Make sure you have What’s App downloaded. Once on board, the tour went about 1/2 hour. Then the catamaran broke. We waited almost 2 hours then got towed to shore by another boat using a rope.
