Beautiful experience. - Our guide Terry was excellent. He had so much knowledge about Greek history and culture. The drive along the coast was breathtaking. Watching the sunset over the Temple of Poseidon was the highlight.

Helped us out in a pinch - We had booked this tour with another company, but they cancelled on us very last minute (like when we went down to the lobby of our hotel to meet the guide) and didn't give us any other options. We had just gotten back from a 4-day tour with Olive Sea Travel the night before and we loved it and our driver, George. So we called to see if he was available to take us to Sounio. He was, and we were able to still go see the sunset on the last evening or our trip to Greece. We really appreciate Olive Sea Travel and George for helping us out last minute!

The best experience in Athens - The cape sounion trip was the highlight of our Athens trip. Elias drove us to the temple of Poseidon. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of greek history and the importance/ significance of the various archeological sites in and around Athens. He was super friendly and was very fun to talk to. Me and my husband loved the conversations we had with Elias. We highly recommend him to anyone planning on taking this trip. The drive to cape sounion is beautiful, we made a few stops for pictures and got some beautiful views of the sunset at Temple of Poseidon. On the way back, Elias took us to a waterside restaurant where we enjoyed some authentic greek food. I would rate our overall experience 20 out of 10. It was way beyond our expectations and we enjoyed every bit of it. A trip to Athens is incomplete without this experience. Please book it now!

So easy to book great tours - We were so pleased with Olive Sea Travel after our initial tour in Greece on the front end of our cruise that we requested the same driver for this Tour. Sunday (our driver) was amazing for both tours and we had an amazing and educational time.

Half day trip to Temple of Poseidon - Yianis our driver was fantastic, he provided historical insights along the way and he provided recommendations on where to stop and grab lunch.

Fantastic sunset tour - We had a wonderful time with STEFANOS, who could not have worked harder to ensure the trip was exactly what we wanted it to be.
The car was incredibly comfortable and the drive down the coastal road beautiful. We saw the Temple as the sun was setting, which was very special. Stefanos was accommodating of us wanting to eat earlier and helped us leave the site a little early so that we could ensure we didn’t get back too late.
The restaurant he chose for dinner was great quality without being too expensive, with great seafood. We could see the catch of the day and it was all super fresh.
This was a very relaxing trip and made a nice counterpart to the busy and noisy sightseeing of any city break.

Poseidon Temple with sunset - It was such a beautiful experience.
The view of the sunset was one of a kind, so magical.
We had a great time with our guide Manos, he knows quite a lot about Athens. He will tell you everything you want to learn and he will make you laugh a lot 😉.
Would recommend for a comfortable tour.

See description above - Yianis Pappas our driver , and tour guide was Terrific! He pointed out interesting things on the way from downtown Athens like a new huge development under construction being built , then drove us to our cruise ship , after seeing the incredible Poseidon Temple . Very nice , knowledgable Gentleman , I recommend him .

Not worth the price - Sky was cloudy so could not see sunset. Dinner was awkward as we were taken to a place where we were the only people in the entire restaurant. Sort of felt we were being set up for something bad to happen. Definitely not worth 300+ euro.
