Be wary of "free cancellation" - this company does not follow standard TripAdvisor cancellation policy. - We had a trip planned to Cozumel for this upcoming week, flying to Cancun and taking this service to Playa del Carmen for the ferry. Unfortunately, with hurricane Beryl and the storm behind it in the area, we've canceled this trip. This company was the only one out of hotels, dive companies, airlines, other tours etc. that refused to refund my money. I canceled at 11:13am MDT on Friday, July 5 more than 24 hours before the pickup time, 3pm EDT on Saturday, July 6, which according to the cancellation policy on TripAdvisor was due a full refund (I have a screenshot clearly showing the cancellation policy as 24 hours before the starting *time* of the experience, not the starting date). This individual provider however, has their cancellation as 24 hours before the day of the experience - even though that is not what it said on TripAdvisor. This was very much a rip-off situation due to both this provider and TripAdvisor not coordinating what is shown to the user. I will seek to have my credit card company issue a charge-back given the situation, but it would be better if TripAdvisor would just live up to what they publish.
