Gokarna Forest Resort - Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. In the afternoon, you can either rest or visit the office of Luxury Holidays Nepal. In the evening, we will hold a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu to introduce your tour guide. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your trip. The meeting will include a final briefing and preparations for the journey. Please bring your passport, a passport-size photo, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy to the meeting. If you have any outstanding balance, please settle it during this meeting. If you will be arriving late and cannot attend the pre-trip meeting, please inform us in advance. After the meeting, Luxury Holidays Nepal will host a welcome dinner. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Swoyambhu Mahachaitya - From the top of a hillock on the western side, you can overlook the valley. Swyambhu, also known as Samhengu and the Monkey Temple, is home to countless monkeys.
Pashupatinath Temple - One of the holiest Hindu temples in Nepal, Pashupatinath Temple is located on the banks of the Bagmati River on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. It is the most important temple dedicated to the god Shiva.
Boudhanath Stupa - This 2500-year-old Buddhist stupa, built in the 5th century, features four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions, keeping an eternal watch over the people and their actions. You will see Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet circling the stupa and spinning prayer wheels.
Patan Durbar Square - Located in the center of Lalitpur city, Patan Durbar Square showcases Newari architecture that reached its peak during the reign of the Malla kings, who were great builders and patrons of the arts.

Drive from Chitwan to Pokhara: 135 KM/4-5 hours
Pokhara Lakeside - After breakfast, depart Chitwan for Pokhara, known as The Lake City due to its numerous lakes. The road initially passes through subtropical jungles and fertile vegetation in Chitwan. As you leave Chitwan, the landscape changes to hills, small settlements, and terraced farms. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you will be greeted with stunning views of the Himalayas, including Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,156m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), the five peaks of Annapurna, and more. Check into your hotel and rest. You may also stroll through the streets of Pokhara and enjoy one of Nepal’s most beautiful cities. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Shree Bindhyabasini Temple - Located in the center of the religious old bazaar, this temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, another manifestation of Shakti. The park grounds offer a great area for picnics and relaxation.
Davi’s Falls Pokhara - Locally known as Patale Chhango, this site on the southern flank of the Pokhara valley features a stream from Fewa Lake that crashes into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes. It is very popular with both tourists and locals.
Gupteswar Gupha - The revered Gupteshwor Cave is located 2 km from Pokhara airport. The entrance is directly across from Devi’s Fall, and the cave stretches almost 3 km long. It features large hall-sized rooms and passages where you must crawl on all fours. This cave holds special significance for Hindus, as it houses a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva in its natural state.
Phewa Tal (Fewa Lake) - Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, this is the second-largest lake in the kingdom. The Barahi Island Temple, located in the middle of the lake, is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. This two-storied pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The serene waters reflect Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna. Thick forests cover the southern slopes of the lake.
Seti River Gorge - Carved by the Seti-Gandaki River, this gorge is one of Pokhara’s natural wonders. The K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool, and the Prithivi highway bridge near the bus park offer perfect views of the river’s rushing waters and the deep gorge created by the turbulent flow.
Drive or fly back to Kathmandu from Pokhara: 6-7 Hours drive or 25 min flight
Gokarna Forest Resort - You have the option to either drive or fly back to Kathmandu. The flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu offers stunning views of the Himalayas, including Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and the Langtang ranges. After returning to Kathmandu, you have the afternoon and evening free for last-minute shopping. Enjoy a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances.
