Great service, friendly, reliable and safe - We used Gold Coast Super Shuttles during a family vacation. Vince was excellent!! He sent us a message before we boarded our flight on the day of arrival explaining how and where to meet him. The pick up was easy and friendly. We continued to use Vince throughout our stay with theme park transfers and return transfers to the airport on our departure. Vince was always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly very safe. Communication was excellent and we were always assured we would be collected on time. By the end of our holiday we felt we had made a great friendship with Vince, he is a genuinely good person and gave us great advice during our holiday! We look forward to visiting the Gold Coast again soon!!

A pleasant punctual and efficient airport transfer. - We took our three children and eight grandchildren on holiday to Surfers Paradise. We arranged a bus for all sixteen of us from the airport to Paradise Centre Apartments. Our first contact was Vince who arranged everything. He was friendly super efficient and punctual. The return trip was exactly the same. The bus was both spacious and spotless. We will certainly be using Vince in the future, and would unhesitatingly recommend him for any transport requirements around the Gold Coast.

Unreliable device, extremely disappointed - I pre-booked our transfer shuttle service to the airport weeks in advance to avoid stress. The day prior to our booked service goldcoast super shuttles contacted and advised that we would either need to cancel or change the scheduled time to an hour and a half earlier than booked as they had double booked and not looked at the schedule until that very day. I would never use this service again, they are unreliable and it has caused an extremely stressful end to our holiday.
