Fundamental service - Very simple to use, it was only necessary to restart the smartphone twice and wait a few minutes. It worked perfectly for the entire duration of the trip.

SIM card in S. Korea - Excellent service. Pick up was efficient at the Korean airport.

Didn’t work on my iPhone - Unfortunately the SIM card could not work on my iPhone. The lady at the airport counter was very polite and swapped the SIM card with another one which still didn’t work unfortunately. I cancelled the SIM and was promised to get a refund (which 4 weeks later I still haven’t received).
