【Late Return, Lost or Damaged Device】
- Data services will be discontinued between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm (Korean time) the day following the scheduled return date.
- If the device is not returned within 5 days after service termination, a lost device fee will be automatically charged to the registered credit card. This fee will be refunded if the device is returned within 30 days.
- A late return fee of 3,300 KRW per day will be charged, even if the device was not used during the period.
- To extend your usage period, please notify us online via the C/S center.

If the device is not returned on time, it must be sent back via delivery. An additional fee of 3,300 KRW per day will be charged from the original return date until the parcel is received. For more information, please contact us directly.
