After enjoying an early breakfast, they will travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Upon arrival, they will participate in a briefing at the park headquarters before embarking on a hike into the rainforest to search for a troop of magnificent mountain gorillas. Once the gorillas are located, guests will have an hour to observe these majestic creatures up close. When making eye contact with the gorillas, the rangers will provide guidance on how to behave, primarily by maintaining a distance of about 10 meters while enjoying the view. Gorilla trekking can take between 2 to 10 hours, as it often depends on the movement and location of these gentle giants. After the gorilla trekking experience, guests will drive back to Lake Bunyonyi, marking the end of their 1-day Gorilla Trekking Trip to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
