Bus Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola - 7 hours

Soti Khola - We set off early today for Soti Khola. During the 7-hour drive into the western mountains, we enjoy views of the Nepalese landscape, villages, farms, and mountain scenery. The journey from Kathmandu to Dhading Bensi is on a paved road, but from Dhading Bensi to Soti Khola, the drive will be partly on a bumpy dirt road (about 20km).

Trek to Machhakhola - 6 hours

Machhakhola - After crossing the bridge into the dense Sal forests, we climb onto the ridge along the Budi Gandaki River. Upon reaching Khursane, the rocky trail weaves its way up and down through several tropical waterfalls. The path then follows terraced rice fields up to the Gurung Village of Labubesi. We further climb up the boulders, where the valley spreads out up to the Budhi Gandaki meandering among wide gravel bars. We descend to the extensive, sandy riverbed to continue on a winding mountain path overlooking the river. As the trail continues, we stop at Machhakhola for the night.

Trek to Jagat - 7 hours

Jagat - The trail is undulating, crossing streams and rocky ravines until it reaches Khorla Besi. After a short walk, we come across a small hot spring in Tatopani. A suspension bridge leads us to the eastern bank, where we climb a wide, well-crafted staircase to Dobhan. Resuming on a steep rocky trail, we skirt landslides in challenging landscapes to cross a suspension bridge over Yaru Khola. We climb numerous stairs to reach Thado Bharyang, from where we cross to the west bank of Budhi Gandaki to climb towards our night’s stop at the village of Jagat.

Trek to Deng - 8 hours

Trek to Namrung - 7 hours

Namrung - We walk from Deng to cross the Budhi Gandaki and climb to Rana. We head west up the Budhi Gandaki valley, crossing various streams and rivers to reach the Sringi Valley. We traverse up and down through forests and Mani Walls to spend the night at Ghap. We can also make a side trip to visit Tibetan Gompas at Prok.

Acclimatization day at Shyala and hike to Pungin Gumba

Trek to Samdo - 3 hours

Trek to Dharmasala - 4 hours

Trek to Bhimtang via Larke La Pass (5105m) - 8 hours

Drive to Kathmandu or Pokhara (according to your plan)

Kathmandu - First, we drive all the way down to Beshisahar by local sharing jeep, which takes 4-5 hours. Then we continue driving by bus along the Prithivi Highway. We offer you a bus ride to either Kathmandu or Pokhara as per your further travel plan. The drive to Pokhara takes 5-6 hours, while the drive to Kathmandu takes 7-8 hours along the banks of the Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers. We enjoy splendid views of green hills, mountains, farming terraces, and villages as we drive back to Kathmandu.
