Fun - Everything was so kid friendly and clean although they didn’t like we had to leave water area so soon 20 minutes definitely not enough time for kids and water on hot day

Great stay, don't plan on s'mores - We had a great time! The kids (ages 8-10) loved the hotel and all the fun scattered about - the sculptures, the scavenger hunt, the disco elevators, the artwork, the play area - really kept them occupied. I do think the fire pits were frustrating. People definitely camped out (despite a one hour timer, people just restarted them), and with no line/reservation/etc it was about jumping up and grabbing one... we got one after waiting 15 minutes or so only to have someone say "actually we've been waiting longer", we gave it up to them. Then we got another about 10 minutes after that, but my kids were scattered and as one of us was gathering them, another family came and just overtook myself and my one daughter, and pushed their way onto it. I wasn't about to fight on vacation, so we just left, two of four of my kids in tears. The park itself was super fun, and two days was the perfect length of time to stay. Bricks restaurant was mediocre food but good service and average prices, and certainly convenient.

Advid Lego builder and first time park goer. - The park is easily laid out to follow with entertainment throughout as you go! There is so much detail as you explore the fun of bricks! It is amazing to see the creative minds and how a brick brings all walks of life together. This was my unexpected birthday gift and was absolutely an amazing experience.

Fun park for kids 12 and under - Visited for 1 night to use up a covid credit we had gotten from a San Diego trip in 2020 that got cancelled. We stayed 1 night at legoland hotel and had 2 day tickets included in package. Arrived in afternoon for 1st day and went back for a few hrs on 2 day and left to go to our next stop on trip. The park is clean and staff is nice. We were there for the 1st day the gondola ride opened. When we tried to use it that ride was breaking down constantly and ended up just giving up and walking up the hill. Not much announcements on what was going on with ride for people to decide what to do. Otherwise the rest of time it was fine. My youngest kids are 12 so they were at top of the age for this park. It’s fun place to visit if your kids are into legos and want some fun rides. Miniland was fun to wander around.

Highly recommend - This park was amazing and we had so much fun here. Every attraction had a reasonable wait time. I highly recommend this park. The staff kept the park clean and organized and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!!

GREAT for 5-12 year olds. Some ups and downs, but good enough to get us to upgrade to season passes! - Visited for the first time. Got there at opening and parking and entering park was a breeze. Wasn't too crowded early on- it did get busier as the day went on but never too bad. We had some spots of rain which caused a lot of ride closures and delays (they made it a "rainy day" and said our tickets would be good for another day because of that - AWESOME). The rides were decent (perfect for our 7 year old, but not much that we saw for our 1.5 year old). This place is great for I'd say the 5-12 year old demographic. 4d movie theater was fun. Food was "ok" but kinda pricey for what you got - we paid nearly $70 for a hotdog, burger, chicken fingers and fries and 3 drinks)! The employees were nice and helpful. Only real complaint about the park is how slow everything is on the rides. It takes forever for them to load and unload riders on nearly every ride especially the outdoor ones we went on). This is a killer on the wait time and the really need to get a more efficient system going to help with wait times. Other than that we had a great time and ended up upgrading to the season pass. Will def be worth it compared to daily tickets but I'd really like it if it was a actual annual pass and good for an entire year rather than a "season" pass - I'll remember to buy in March next year to get a full season - would have liked if it was like prorated or something since we bought them at end of June and basically missed out on 3 months. My son LOVED the shop!

Pretty good day trip to Legoland - Overall great experience, but unsure if the reserve and ride was worth $340 for four people. Since we were only doing a one day trip we thought the reserve and ride would help save time. Most of the queues showed a 5 minute wait and one ride had a 30 minute wait. So nothing like the wait times at Disney. We arrived when the park opened at 10am and paid for the normal parking and we were 10ft from the VIP parking. We were able to ride all but 3 rides since kids (3 and 5yrs) were not tall enough. They enjoyed what rides they were able to do and they want to return. They did find the dreams movie ride scary and there were other small kids crying. We prepaid the $4/person pirate dance party at the splash area. Kids loved the water area. Park was not too crowded and was very clean. Had lunch at the BBQ restaurant, not much of a wait, plenty of seating space, and the pulled pork was good. I’d skip the potato salad, didn’t have much flavor. The kids were happy with the chicken tenders. We were allowed to bring drinks so we brought Gatorade and just asked for ice. A bottle of coke was over $5. The apple fries were a miss for us, the texture was like a smooshy fry. Lots of things to see and the details were amazing. Lots of Lego merch and they had some back ordered sets available. Staff were friendly.

Good but disappointed 😔 - We all had a good time except for the fact that when we came to more than four rides, we were told that my children were too short due to the fact that you have to be a minimum of 48 inches tall to ride on a lot of these rides, which I think is ridiculous because this is supposed to be a theme park for children, so unfortunately my kids were left disappointed on many rides and considering how much a 2 day stay was I think there should be more rides for short kids. Also, after much consideration, we decided not to go to the waterpark due to the fact that you only get 20 minutes in the waterpark, which personally I think is also ridiculous why do you have a time limit?

Some Fun but not worth the price - This is a review mainly of the hotel but will include some of the park as well. The hotel is a disaster, where to start. Firstly - there's almost no signage on where to go to park. Check in is confusing, with little to no assistance, you are supposed to check in on an iPad and it never works properly. The rooms are musty, the Mitsubishi ac units don't do a good job of removing humidity, so everything in the room had a dampness and smell to it. Bed was comfy, and the kids enjoyed the separate bunk area with tv. The hours for this park are infuriating, 10 - 6 pm everyday, leaving you with nothing to do once the park closes. The activities at the hotel are slim and everything requires reservation which go quickly. Food options are limited and the bricks restaurant was awful for both breakfast and dinner, one of the members of our family got food poisoning after dinner. The walls are super thin and families come and go at all hours of the night waking up the kiddos after a long day. It was truly a miserable experience sadly. The park was good but prices were typical theme park crazy high. Few rides broke down, and staff wasn't particularly friendly, many foreign workers with some language barriers. I will not be returning with my family to Legoland NY, which is a shame we had very high hopes and it has potential but is definitely trending downwards in quality for price offered.
