"Jumped ship" from cruise excursion to Viator excursion - First time with Viator excursion. It was easy to book, communicate from the ship and connect with our tour guide. Pick up from the ship was seamless. Jacob was terrific! His knowledge of South African history, culture and animal life was invaluable. We got a private guide for the price of a group rate.

Outstanding visit, terrific guide! - With a terrific guide, Gary, we saw many elephant family groups, Kudu, warthogs, zebra, baboons, tortoise and birds. Gary knew the park well and was great at telling stories from his many years of touring on his own as well as leading groups in Addo. He answered questions while driving and spotting animals we were able to see up close. Lots of babies in all species. A highlight of my years of travel!

Adventurous Addo park - The trip was “great”! It went above and beyond our expectations! We booked independently on Oceania cruise separately. As we see large buses picking up large amount of people we had a more intimate experience due to small number of people. We were blessed by Gary brother of Mick Dundee( just kidding). Gary was very knowledgeable, and was full of knowledge! He also was so patient with my husband who is disabled. It was so much fun seeing all kinds of animals like elephants, zebras, wilder beast, kudu, etc, etc. Very happy and would recommend to anyone!

Day Excursion at the Addo Elephant National Park in Port Elizabeth - If you are in a cruise and Port Elizabeth in South Africa is a port of call then I strongly suggest to book on a tour to the Addo Elephant National Park Day Safari. Book it in advance to secure a place but not in your cruise ship as the price is exorbitant. My wife and I were so fortunate to book the tour with the company Into Tours. Janina was so amazing in handling the booking and making us feel confident that the van waits for us at the port terminal and bring us back on time. Our driver and guide Lizwe is an amazing guy and went out of his way to make sure that our visit at the park is something we can treasure. Indeed we did and it was overwhelming. Thank you again Janina, Lizwe and Into Tours.

Top - Great, everything worked out. The park is gigantic, there are plenty of elephants, and other animals were able to hide well. We saw wild boars, ostriches and impalas. Very good value for money, including lunch.

Wonderful elephant experience - This was a fabulous trip! Gary, our driver and guide was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the park. We saw lots of wildlife but mainly the elephants. We were collected from our ship and returned in plenty of time for sailing. Thoroughly recommended.

A fabulous day with the elephants - We saw a huge herd of elephants at a water hole. There were babies with mums, adolescents and large bulls. Nearby were lots of zebras and some wildebeests. Our guide Emmanuel was very knowledgable and knew where to find lots of animals. Although it was extremely hot our van was comfortably air conditioned. A wonderful day not soon forgotten.
