Birds of Eden - After greeting and pickup (7:30 AM) from your accommodation in Port Elizabeth we depart for The Crags. It is a 2 Hour scenic drive, we stop at Van Stadens Bridge to take pictures of this iconic Bridge. The next stop is at Storms River Bridge for pictures.
We visit Monkey Land and Birds of Eden, near Plettenberg Bay. -
Storms River Suspension Bridge - After Monkey Land & Birds of Eden we have a short 30 minute drive to Storms River Mouth.
Here we take a scenic walk through a Natural Forest to the Storms River Suspension Bridge, view small wildlife and birds. -
Jeffrey’s Bay Shell Museum (Charlotte Kritzinger Shell Museum) - After our visit to the Storms River Suspension Bridge we depart back towards Port Elizabeth, stopping en-route at Jeffreys Bay.
The more than 600 shells from species all over the world make it one of the largest shell collections in South Africa and attracts shell fanatics from all over the globe. Housed in glass cases is a huge variety of shells including the legendary cowrie, the rare paper nautilus, tiny baby jam tarts, and a new species of cone.

The perfect choice with the perfect host! - Riaan was an amazing guide and the tour was more than I expected. He provided a lot of information and we chatted a lot, once I was a solo tourist. I didn´t have enough time to explore the area, so a Full-Day Tour seemed to be the best option. And it was, endeed!
Amazing views, the day was wonderful, we had a beer and a very nice lunch really close to the sea. The Garden Route has incredible spots and Riaan was always open to not a so tight schedule, letting me explore things on my own pace. He also gave me great tips for my plan to get back to the region with some more time to spend.
I do recomend you Zasendle!

This is living - Many thanks to Viator and especially to Zasendle Adventures for a wonderful day spent with our guide and friend Riaan, who knows and loves his country, knows how to show and tell a lot of interesting things. Besides, we felt completely safe with our guide, our ranger. It was a perfect journey that we have been talking about for a long time.
