Great service and NEXT LEVEL tour guide NICK! - Super easy process. Got Joshua’s contact information after booking and confirmed everything. Super cool guy and very knowledgeable about the island. You will be in good hands. They will even come pick you up wherever your hotel/ resort is located. No need to spend extra cash on a taxi. Nick the tour guide is NEXT LEVEL! Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy going! Great vibes all around and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We ended up with a private tour with Nick and it was incredible! I highly recommend spending the extra money on a private tour if you can. Great job Nick and Joshua, you guys are doing great things in Turks and Caicos!

Beautiful Adventure for all. - Beautiful Experience for everyone. Mikey the tour guide was amazing and truly knowledgeable about the local nature and wildlife. Continuous turtle sightings throughout the mangrove. Bently another guide went beyond to local wildlife and help all the kayakers. The trip begins with a lunch pull to the mangroves which eliminates all the upfront and final effort, Kayaking is only in the calm and beautiful mangroves. Thanks to Mikey and Bentley for a truly memorable adventure.

Lots of turtles. - The mangroves we went to were amazing, we saw lots of turtles and a couple of baby lemon sharks. We were able to paddle in wonderful shallow clear waters too. Our guide was lovey & friendly. Remember your hat though!

Worked out in the end - We did this tour "off" season, so we'd expect it might be a little less disjointed when the company is in the swing of things. We were the only 2 on this tour which honestly was nice. There were advantages being just our boat with the tour guide on his paddle board. Our pick-up was 45 minutes late. He reached out to us 25 minutes after the communicated time to let us know he was running behind. When he arrived he told us it was due to traffic but the island is not that big - we have a rental car and 45 minutes of traffic just does not exist - we would have rather had an honest apology. Because we were late it seems we missed our tow boat across the channel to the mangroves. We pieced this together from what our 20 year old guide, Andy said. We rowed the canoe across the channel and waited while Andy paddled off to get his jet ski. He returned to us and towed us the rest of the way. There was a 6 boat tour by another company also in the mangroves and this made us glad we weren't part of a larger group. The guides from both companies were very friendly to each other and helped each other out which was really nice to see. We saw turtles and conch. Andy was young and enthusiastic and personable - a great guy to be around. After the mangrove tour he towed us back to the launch point where we waited for the driver, who returned after about 10 minutes of waiting in a different truck. Pick up and drop off occurred at our resort which was not one listed on the site, so it doesn't hurt to ask if you don't see your hotel listed.

Memorable Experience - Our tour guide was nice. They truly helped us and worked hard. This is a workout. They first pull you by boat-we sank due to local jet skis and the waves accidentally entering our kayak but they helped get us squared away. It's really beautiful but prepare to bring sunscreen and keep it on you and be ready to put your arms to work.

Do not use - The guide was amazing but we paddled to the side and were left there for over an hour in the hot sun. A guy on a jet ski passing pulled over and told us the people running the tour forgot about us. The guide had to ride on the back of the jet ski to shore to come get us. Confirmed they forgot us. Never even got an apology
