Terrible Experience - I would strongly recommend other options be considered for island transportation. When booking a taxi this past weekend, we were quoted 30 minutes, but it took 2 hours for the taxi to arrive. There were many calls/texts shared to get an update with only additional incorrect time estimates being shared. Once picked up the driver was on the phone the entire time, which contributed to an unsafe and unpleasant ride. Thank god we were not going to the airport, otherwise we would have absolutely missed our flight.

Rude and aggressive service - Leonard was super aggressive. We noticed a miscommunication in pricing due to his wife telling our group a certain price and actually being charged a certain price and we still tried to resolve, but that caused for our driver Lenard to be in an uproar and disrespect a group of ladies (us).
