Great experience tubing in Grace Bay - Caicos Tubing were fantastic, my kids had such a great time we used them two days in a row. Jason, the boat driver, is great and I highly recommend.

Tubing in Turks - My family and I went tubing in Turks this morning! What a fun experience! The boat picked us up from the beach. They also took pictures and videos during the excursion and shared them with us afterwards. Highly recommended!

WORTH EVERY PENNY! - Captain Jay is absolutely incredible. He gave us the time of our life. So far he’s been one of the most enthusiastic and honest persons we’ve dealt with! There was a scheduling issue originally and he completely made it right for us. He said he could refund us or that he’d stay late the next day to make sure we get the ride of our life. He stuck to that promise!!! There’s not a better deal on this island when it comes to how much fun we had. This activity is an absolute value proposition when it comes to kids or adults. He put safety first over everything and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way! He checked in frequently with hand signals. I can promise you if we ever come back Captain Jay will be seeing us again! He earned every bit of the five stars given!!! Anyone traveling to Turks and Caicos absolutely needs to book with captain jay! It’s absolutely nonnegotiable!!! Totally tubular experience - What a fantastic experience we had tubing with Noelle and crew! They truly made this day memorable and so much fun. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, safe, and special. We even saw dolphins!

Perfect 10 - Our captain was outstanding. Even though it was a quick excursion he made it a perfect 10. We take lots of excursions and this is one we will talk a but for awhile. It wasn’t simply about the ride but about the person who took us. He deserves a big pay raise. Very professional and kind from the moment he picked us up until he dropped us off.

Viator Provided Wrong Location for Pick-Up - We Lose - The vendor was very professional, but unfortunately Viator had published an incorrect location for us to meet the boat. Therefore we were unable to participate in this excursion. Getting to the proper location was costly and over 25 minutes away from the location we were waiting for the vendor pickup. The owner was very regretful and offered to return our money. Viator still has not agreed to refund our money for this excursion.
