Our goal is to guarantee a very high-quality service, so we offer a cosy visit designed to the needs of our guests. We offer a tour with a local expert guide holding a certified national license. In the price, we include the skip-the-line ticket so you won’t waste any time queuing. Ticket includes Nasrid Palaces (the most interesting part of the Alhambra), be careful since many companies don’t include these Palaces, because access to these buildings is limited daily and not all operators can obtain entry passes.
Our guide will show you all the key sights in Alhambra, including Gardens and Palace of the Generalife, Nasrid Palaces, the Court of the Lions, and more.
Please be aware that the starting time of the tours could vary slightly in high season for the high ticket demands.

Alhambra with a great guide - Lorena made the tour an exceptional experience visiting one of the most beautiful places in Spain and probably the world. Lorena had incredible knowledge and a passion for history for both Alhambra and Grenada in general and teamed this with a lovely disposition. Definitely recommend this tour.

A holiday highlight - Extraordinary commentary from Jaime. His knowledge was encyclopaedic and delivery relaxed and engaging. I learnt so much about the historical and cultural significance of the Alhambra. The small group size enabled us to bypass the large tour groups and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions and chat along the way .This tour was an absolute holiday highlight for us.
Great communication from the PassePartours office too. All the logistics were very smooth.

A day well spent in and around the Red Castle! - As a premium experience that cost much more than the average ticket –and seemed by far the most promising as well– our expectations were set high. My husband and I agree that we'd do this again in a heartbeat if we were to be assigned Carlos de la Fuente Moreno, our guide for the day. Carlos made our visit a real delight, sharing the historical facts, but also the legends… all with a deep understanding of what all this heritage brought to the Iberian Peninsula, what it means today, and why it matters to understand this melting pot of cultures and influences as one, a whole. We enjoyed sharing his views, having lived in Spain for a couple of years ourselves. Thank you, Carlos! We will not forget this magical day!

Top tier tour - Borja was truly fantastic. He seemed to have an infinitely well of knowledge not only about Alhambra but Granada too. He had a lot of deep historical knowledge of the castle and caliphate and could answer any obscure question I gave him. Truly one of the best of many tours I’ve had

Misleading description - Even though the description stated "dedicated guide", they put us in a group tour. Every person on the tour was under the impression they were going to be on a private tour with a dedicated guide. The tour operator offered no compensation for the misleading description. Jana the tour guide was great but we couldn't hear her most of the time because I cannot wear a hearing piece. This is why I always book private tours. I would not recommend this tour company because of their deceiving ways.

Scam - please avoid! - One of the worst experience of my life - got told at the entrance that I was not able to enter Alhambra after travelling 6,500+ miles with excitement, all because the tour agency have made a mistake.
Not compensated beyond mere refund - and have not tried their best to seek for alternatives (instead asking us to join a 9am tour even though they realise we do not stay at Granada, and unwilling to provide any compensation on hotel / commute)
No apologies or whatsoever too - got rude messages and e-mails from the agency, and simply ignored after we said that the 9am tour was impossible for us to make, and simply refunded without any explanation / follow up
DO NOT expect any customer service if things happen - and their unreliability / rudeness means I would strongly vouch to avoid them and choose other tours instead.
