Amazing experience! - The Alhambra and the Nasrid Palaces are breathtaking! Don’t miss out on a visit! It was amazing! Communication with the provider was great: detailed, fast, easy to understand. They were able to accommodate our small time frame for the visit and we got the tickets the evening before. No issues with the tickets and entering the Alhambra.

Why not Alhambra? - Alhambra is huge and would at least take you minimum 3hrs excluding nasrid palace so do have a good meal with protein and bread that give you energy to be durable

Alhambra visit - The Alhambra was amazing, a must see. There was some organizational issues, I booked the date but the exact hour of the tour was not clear until the day of the visit, which was a bit stressful since I had a flight later that day. However the people in the company that managed the reservation were very helpful and managed to give me an early slot for the visit 👍

Beautiful place but need audioguide or guided tour - Alhambra was nice - not much written inside so with no tour guide or audioguide was difficult to appreciate the significance of this special place. There were not clear directions of which way to go and fact that church closed early. Too bad there is no furniture in any of the rooms … to help visualize what it would have been like. Price I paid was too much for no guide and no audioguide but then I booked too late ….

CAREFUL! No ticket, just option! - CAREFUL! Only one option is sold, not a valid ticket. NO BOOKING was made with us! POSITI to note that the organizer informed early on that tickets are no longer available, he has cancelled on his own initiative and refunded without any problems quickly! We found it misleading that TripAdvisor gives the impression that you are purchasing a valid ticket on the desired date. In our case, due Alhambra was no longer able to provide an alternative after cancellation! NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!

Great place but …. - The Alhambra Palace was amazing. The trip exceeded expectations in many ways. However the low review score is the result of the painful procedure of obtaining the tickets. I find it bizarre that I could only be sent the tickets on the day of the scheduled visit. This caused unnecessary stress and several phone calls to find out what was happening. I was beginning to wonder if I was dealing with a genuine company! I would like someone to explain why tickets paid for on 21 October could not be emailed until the morning of 24 October. Also found it interesting that the face value printed on the tickets was €18 whilst I was charged £58 per ticket, that is some admin charge!

Customer poor service. - Extremely poor customer service. First of all, not all tickets were sent in the first instance. Many messages sent to no avail. Spent 3 hours panicking at the entrance of the attraction waiting for tickets.

Not Honest - The service provider is unreliable and dishonest. They do not provide the Skip-the-Line service as advertised, and they will send the tickets very late, after midnight, which causes stress and disrupts travel plans. I do not recommend this provider, and I would rate them the lowest possible rating.
