Alhambra, Generalife, Nasrid Palaces - Definitely wear comfortable tennis shoes. The ground is paved with river rock. It’s beautiful but slippery and difficult to walk on. The views are amazing and the gardens are so beautiful. The monument itself is stunning. A must see in Granada. We took a taxi up and walked back to the city afterwards.

Tickets delivered as promised, although there can be some stress due to the unknown. - I didn’t realize the Alhambra would be sold out so fast, so I used this company to book 2 last minute tickets. Reading prior reviews, I was concerned that they would not be able to provide me with the tickets. They sent out an email with some instructions, and told me the tickets would not be provided until late the night before or possibly the day of. I advised them that I was in town for 2 days and I had extra flexibility, in case some other tickets became available. They responded via email saying that I had two confirmed tickets for the new day and emailed them to me. They worked fine and there were zero issues. I can see the not knowing if you have valid tickets or not could be super stressful. I’m not sure how their business model works, maybe they get leftover dibs or first crack at some extras? In the end our tickets were delivered as promised with no hiccups. Alhambra is amazing, and don’t forget to take your passport, it is mandatory and they check it multiple times during the visit. At the end of the day, if you are booking a last minute reservation, you are gambling that some tickets will be available. I would definitely book waaaaaay in advance via the Alhambra website, but if I was in a jam, I would use this company again.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS - It's an absolute scam. Do not book these tickets. We couldn't visit the Alhambra because of this rotten service. First the tickets were never sent to us within 24 hours. After writing an email, we were informed that tickets would be sent to us at midnight. At midnight and until morning, no information was provided. Finally, we received an email to inform us that there were no tickets. We then asked to be prioritized on the visits the next morning, leaving the city at noon. And we never received any response after that moment. We contacted them by email, by the booking platform, by phone: RIEN. We left without visiting the Alhambra, extremely exasperated by this poor customer service. We had to make a claim through the Viator platform, which took care of the refund. We would have preferred to know directly that there were no tickets, rather than waiting 48 hours for nothing. TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION. It's amazing to be able to afford to deceive customers to this extent.

Did not receive tickets - this company is a fraud. - This is a scam. I was told that I had purchased tickets to Alhambra on May 12 for the next day, with repeated assurances the tickets would arrive. The morning of May 13, as we were going to Granada, they said the server was down and tickets would not be available for May 13. They said they would refund my purchase price of $158 USD, but have not done so. This is a huge disappointment - we assumed the company was legit because it was arranged through TripAdvisor.

I have been trying since day one they leave a message and disappear. a day before when i was supposed to receive the tickets they switched off the phone.. How irritating, Childish and shameless things they do.. Agencies Like this are burden on earth and should suffer Utter loss for deceiving the people like this. Money is secondary but they take your chance to visit the Most Imp Thing in Granada Keeping you in a False hope with their Booking. DO HELL WITH THE HORIZON TRAVEL.. Bagarinage of tickets and related scam - Tickets for the Alhambra booked more than a month in advance. The previous day I call to report that I have not yet received the tickets and I am told that the system has crashed, but that they will fix by midnight. At 2.00 am I receive an email in which I am told that it was not possible to solve the problem and that therefore the visit is canceled (the message says that such an inconvenience has never happened, but the reviews show that it is a constant). Since then, it has not been possible to contact them. Tickets sold at almost 4 times their normal price (68€ instead of the normal 19.90). When I get back, if they don't provide reimbursement, I'll file a complaint. Stay away from these unworthy petty thieves (Tripadvisor should avoid any cooperation)

Avoid booking with viator - I’m giving this a one because 0 is not an option. We booked this tour to Alhambra through Viator. There were several correspondences and we were assured our tickets would arrive after midnight. Around 2 in the morning we received an email saying the server had crashed, a very unusual event , and our tour was cancelled. No possible dates in the next few weeks and too late to book elsewhere. Avoid this company !

Rip-off - We talked about Viator in early March(!) Tickets booked for the Alhambra and Nasrid Palace. Since we lived in Malaga, we rented a rental car in advance for the visit of Granada. A few hours before the planned visit of the Alhambra, our already paid ticket was cancelled without justification. A practice that is bold. Since it is the peak travel season, I suspect the company wants to make a profit with other visitors who pay more. Perhaps such business practices can be stopped. Anyway, I never book through this company again. Too bad we were so looking forward to the visit.

Unfortunately due to server problems no tickets received at short notice - Reservation was easy - unfortunately there was a technical problem, so the tickets could not be delivered to us. We then learned this on the day of the planned visit to the Alhambra. Since the attraction is ALWAYS booked weeks in advance, we were also unable to book tickets for an alternate date as part of our holiday at short notice. The Agency assured that it was a one-off, never-before-seen problem. The application for reimbursement of costs was made without any problems

It is a SCAM ! Avoid them !!! - It was a terrible experience ! Three hours prior to our visit they cancelled the tickets for all 4 of us . We were in Granada only to visit Alhmabra and due to the last minute cancellation we were not able to find another tickets. Our day was ruined. They do not respond at e-mails or phone. It is a scam . Do not recommend them, only if you want to ruin your vacation .
