Pricey but 100% worth it if you can afford it - This was an excellent tour. It is pricey but having left it too long to get other tickets it was our only option to get in to see the Alhambra. That said, we had no regrets as our tour guide Yosin was incredibly knowledgeable and he was able to adapt the tour to our pace and interests and answer all of our questions. That just wouldn’t have been possible any other way. Whether it was the history, the architecture or the flora and fauna, he knew it all and had some interesting and amusing facts at every point along the way. One note -on January the 2nd it was freezing cold up there, no doubt it’s roasting hot in the summer - with so much exposed walking- make sure you come prepared for the elements.

Outstanding private tour of the Alhambra - Dinco was an outstanding guide for our private tour of the Alhambra. He has an immense knowledge of the history, art and culture of the Alhambra. He explained it all so well as we toured the grounds, gardens and palaces. Altogether a great experience. Highly recommended.

Dont miss the Nazari Palaces - Is great to have a personal guide to better understand all the details of such an impressive site as the alhambra. Our guide Mohammed was also very knowledgeable of the Arab culture and give us a lot of facts and information to enjoy our visit

Alex was the best! - I can’t recommend Alex enough! It was incredible to have a personal tour of the Alhambra - but was made an even more special experience entirely thanks to our guide Alex! My mom is older and Alex was helpful in making sure we took a good route that was easier for her, while still seeing all the best views. The best part was that he was SO knowledgeable on the history of the palace, which was amazing because my mom had a million questions- which he was happy to oblige! 5 stars all around!

Ruined trip by unprofessional behavior - Horrible experience. After being confirmed twice, we rented a car in Malaga and drove to Granada, one hour before scheduled tour we got an email stating they did not have tickets to Alhambra and all they could offer was a tour of the outside of Alhambra and city centre of Granada, which we were not interested in seeing. It is obvious that they confirmed tour and applied payments before they had tickets. Very unprofessional behavior which ruined our day. We were offered a discount but not told how much. Total disaster.

Unreliable Disreputable Operator Who Will Cancel Your Confirmed Booking - The title says it all. We had a confirmed booking from this company only to have them cancel on us THE DAY PRIOR. This left us without a tour option for Alhambra, which was the main purpose of our visit to Granada. Trust these people at your own risk.

Skip this - purchase online from the Alhambra website. - As some have warned, if you purchase this experience there is no “skip the line” or special access to tickets. You will be told that no entries were obtained, even after you have “confirmed tickets.” You will get an early morning message that says, no tickets or that they can *try* for tickets for 10:30 or 11:30. But upon further inquiry you will learn that these tickets don’t include Nasrid Palace but that there are other palaces that don’t have timed entry they can take you to. If you insist on the original time, they will magically have tickets for that time, but not the Nasrid Palace. (Perhaps they mean Palace of Charles V that is free to enter?) In any event, if the website is sold out of tickets and a few are released the night before, try for it yourself - don’t put your visit to the Alhambra at risk by purchasing a tour here. They will blame you for booking “last minute” or they will blame it on a “technical issue” with the Alhambra beyond their control, but you will not get your tour or your tickets. Buyer Beware.
