Magical Granada - I love Granada –, this charming city, combining rich history, beautiful nature and a variety of Things to do for every taste,
And be only an hour and a half from my house, 150 kilometers away. Seasonal changes bring something special to the city atmosphere. In autumn, Granada immerses itself in warm golden shades, creating picturesque landscapes, especially in the Bosque de la Alhambra Park, where it is always fresh and cool. It is a great place to walk and relax away from the bustle of the city.
The winter months in Sierra Nevada offer opportunities for outdoor activities, and the proximity of the mountains makes skiing accessible and convenient. Combining winter sports with historical landmarks in Granada such as the Alhambra and Albaycin creates a unique experience.
In spring, the city comes alive when the kidneys swell and young leaves bloom, filling the air with freshness. In such moments it is especially nice to walk in the park Bosque de la Alhambra, where it is always cool and quiet.
In the centre of Granada, life is buzzing: shops, restaurants and cosy cafes where you can taste the local drink of calycasa, vermouth or a glass of wine. create the atmosphere of a true southern celebration.
I like to wander the old narrow streets, go to the old universities and admire the manicured gardens. It is easy to reach the observation deck of St. Nicholas on foot, offering mesmerizing views of the city and the Alhambra.
In this city there is always something to do: immerse yourself in history by visiting the majestic Alhambra, the gardens of the Generalife or the cathedral, explore Albaizín and its snow-white streets, look into the Chapel of Kings, the Church of St. Jeremiah, the Monastery of St. Cheronymus and the Palace of Carlos V. Art lovers can enjoy concerts, and gourmets can indulge in Italian ice cream or stop by the perfume museum to plunge into the world of fragrances and choose something special.
In winter, it is especially nice to come here with children: local churros with hot chocolate will warm on cool days, and festive carousels will add joy. Granada is a city where history and modernity, nature and art intertwine, making it a truly memorable place.

The missing piece for the Catholic Monarchs. - The visit with Nacho went very well. We saw the most emblematic places in the city center, and a bit of the Albaicín, and he told us many historical details to understand the importance of the city emphasizing its Arab past. Highly recommended.
