Great guided tour! - Sixthrills is fantastic. The office is a very cool place to meet, have a coffee and meet the other people on your tour. Virginia took us on an amazing tour of the Alhambra, her knowledge and love for the history of the Alhambra was infectious and made us totally fall in love with it. It was 3 hours long and just brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend!

Sixthrills and Virginia - My husband and I had the best tour of AlHambra and the gardens thanks to Sixthrills and their guide Virginia.
First of all I have to say how responsible and organization Sixthrills is. I mistyped my email address and didn’t receive the tickets they emailed me. I went to the Alhambra abd way and was going to re-purchase tickets then decided to try and call the Sixthrills office. They picked up immediately, we’re holding my tickets and calmly told me where to meet them. They Whatsapped me the directions and pictures of where to meet and a picture of our guide to be Virginia (although she hates having her pic taken). Everything continued just as smoothly.
Virginia is so so knowledgeable about the history of the Alhambra and could even read some of the Arabic inscriptions. She was charming, amusing and entertaining- we highly recommend the tour, Sixthrills and Virginia!

Alhambra tour - My wife and I had a great time at the Alhambra on this trip with Sixthrills. Marius is knowledgeable and works super hard. She is detailed and details the over arching story very well. Highly recommended.

Virginia and Veronika true stars - Hard to believe the handful of negative reviews. Staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, including making reservations on our behalf for a flamenco show. Also, anyone who failed to know that the Alhambra Generalife tour did NOT include the palace simply failed to do the most basic research on visiting the site and looking at the Six Thrills offerings.
Virginia and Veronika were knowledgeable, personable as well as entertaining. Veronika walked us through Albacin and Sacromonte at night, with fabulous views of Alhambra and a terrific introduction to the city and these historic neighbourhoods that could be challenging to make sense of on one's own.
For her part, Virginia was truly a fount of information and illustrative anecdotes, clearly a benefit of her studies at the local university. The three hours whizzed by.
For us, Six Thrills hit bulls eyes in every category.

They met their promises - A knowledgeable and entertaining guide who was sensitive to the needs of the guests on what could be a challenging walk for the unfit. Thank you Amelio. What was offered was delivered in a professional manner making it an enriching experience. They have done this before and their administration was excellent. I think you would battle to find a better tour operator for this.

Great tour with Virginia - Did the tour of the Alhambra this morning with our guide Virginia. Virginia was excellent, perfect English, very enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and gave just the right amount of information. The three hours flew by and it was a shame when it came to an end. The guys back at the office we’r also great. Nice, pleasant welcome when we arrived and a nice comfortable office in which to relax before the tour started. Would definitely recommend this company for guided tours.

Great Guide once we managed to find him - We booked 2 guided tours with this company. 3hours for 49 euros each. They sent us the form to fill in our details - but then FAILED to send anything else. No tickets and nothing telling us where to pick them up. I tried the phone number a few times and no-one answered!!! In the morning we went to the alhambra and showed them the forms we filled in. The people said this had happened to other people. They said we needed to go to the Sixthrills Office - in Granada. So we had to get a taxi which cost us 38euros - and eventually found the office. The man in the Office was extremely rude - and even accused me of deleting the relevant documents. We managed to catch up with the guide an hour later.
We are in our late 60's and all the stress and rushing around made a very bad start to the tour. The rude manager compounded it.
Would NEVER book with this company again!!!! Whatever happened to customer service????
