The Alhambra system requires that you provide us with all full names, as the tickets are nominative (you will need to bring your passport or ID card on the day of the visit). It can happen because Alhambra tickets are limited, and sometimes they may not be available for various reasons. We prefer to inform you about the system, and this is how all agencies operate. So when you make the reservation, you must read carefully that you cannot have train reservations or other activity; you must have the whole day dedicated to the Alhambra because there may be changes in the schedule. It does not depend on us but on the complexity of the monument.
