EXCELLENCE IN TREATMENT AND SERVICE - A couple of days ago my partner and I went because we had a gift card, specifically the service was BOREAL RELAX DREAMS PREMIUM. The facilities are super nice, cozy, nice and comfortable, and very clean. We had a great time, and we stayed super relaxed. We were attended by Chelo and Marisela, and left with their hands in glory. They were giving us the service guidelines and treated us very calmly and sympathetically. Sara was super friendly and gave us a very nice deal. We certainly plan to repeat, for the incredible experience we received, the treatment of these wonderful staff, for the facilities and service they offer. Wine and tapas in Granada - Katia was an interesting and knowledgeable host. She introduced us to different wines of Spain which we had with food at 3 venues. She also introduced us to different olive oils so the evening was informative but also fun as we got to know the rest of the group. We had a great evening enjoying the company and expertise of Katia.
