This tour made a special father-daughter trip even more amazing! - Me and my daughter did the tour and it was amazing. Our tour guide Anthony did an awesome job! He was prompt picking us up and that is important to me. The car was very clean and we felt safe the entire time. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Nicaragua and the places he took us and he was very personable. I also really appreciate how respectful he was of my daughter being very polite and opening her door when we stopped. We stopped in Granada where we visited a cacao making shop. The smell was amazing and it was a great experience. We then went to the market and learned some history and grabbed souvenirs. Next we headed to this massive lake and hung on the beach for a moment while he shared more knowledge of Nicaragua. Next it was off to the boat ride. We learned about the many islands on the lake, who owned them, and the history of a few. After that it was off to the lagoon. This was my favorite part. The lagoon was absolutely beautiful. Me and my daughter took a short horseback ride and Anthony took some amazing candid pics for us. We grabbed a couple more souvenirs and headed back. We were extremely pleased with the tour and our Guide. I highly recommend the tour and Anthony specifically.

Excellent, informative tour! - This was an amazing tour! We enjoyed the historical trip to Granada; it is truly a beautiful city. The stop at the chocolate factory was a welcome surprise—it was informative and delicious. The boat tour through the lake islands was informative and relaxing. Unfortunately, the volcano was closed, but the alternate trip to Katarina Lookout was a great replacement. Anthony was a fantastic guide; we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Nicaragua on the Lake - I am very happy with my visit today of Granada and Masaya, even if the Masaya volcano national park was closed as security measures. Granada was interesting. The Masaya mirador was splendid. My guide Anthony was competent, knowledgeable and welcoming. The lunch at the port was good. Do not hesitate to take the boat tour on Nicaragua lake, it’s worth every penny in particular the Monkeys island. Recommended!

Fun day in Nicaragua! - I had a wonderful time on the day tour of Masaya & Granada. Anthony was a fantastic tour guide. He was super knowledgeable and made sure I was well taken care of. I wasn’t able to go to the Masaya Volcano due to area being closed because the volcano was erupting. Anthony made sure there were alternative activities when Mother Nature changed our plans. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Anthony to be your guide!

Let me tell you something..... - Ok so imagine this..... Francisco pulls up to the porte cochere of your hotel in his sweet ride..... The Nicaraguan sunshine reflecting off the blue paint of his Toyota....... All of a sudden... the window rolls down and a refreshing scent of cold Pina colada hits you in the face.... Your eyes meet his... And his you.... You wish you meet a handsome local like him to show you around Nicaragua on your vacation..... all of a sudden..... His lips begin to move... Did you hear right!?! He calls out your name! You and your friends jump into his car and he sweeps you on a fully immersive dive into the heart and soul of Nicaragua. You glide through the many islands of Granada while given a wealth of historical information by an all local tour guide, feeding bananas to Michael jackson (spider monkey)....You brave the smoldering edge of an active volcano! You lose yourself in the endless shopping district.... You had the day of your life..... As he returns you to your hotel he goes to shake your hand.... You lean in for a full embrace because he just gave you the single greatest day of your life.... as he pulls away, you watch Francisco's Toyota get smaller and smaller in the distance as a tear rolls down your face.... A tear of joy. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

An awesome day!!!!! - Went solo with guide Antony, We had a great day starting with the visit to Granada, then going to Ilsetas, he explains everything really well and it's interesting. When it was time to eat we went to a restaurant which is built on an old train station, their food is very good, we finished the day peacefully in Granada and Masaya, I really can't say thank you enough for this day muchas Gracias mi hermano de Nicaragua 😁
