Taxi pick up and drop off - Had never used a taxi service via Trip Advisor before but I was contacted via the taxi service upon arrival and my driver arrived as planned. We paid for a return trip from our hotel to the airport and I used WhatsApp to confirm our pick up time. All communication was dealt with promptly which gave peace of mind. The drivers were polite and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.

Ready at airport when arrived and picked up as planed on return journeys - All good as picked up on time on arrival, and drove well and all good on return trip as on time as well for the return journey

Overpriced and a very unpleasant experience - We booked a mini bus for our transfer to our resort on the southwest part of the island. The journey took 1 hour and 20 mins. There was no confirmation from the agent that the taxi was booked prior to travel. We arrived, not knowing if the taxi was waiting. The driver did not have our mobile phone details. We met the driver at the exit of the airport terminal and not at arrivals. He mentioned that he did not have our details except for our name.The driver was pleasant but did not really assist us with our luggage. The journey was very unpleasant. The minibus was in poor condition and smelly with poor ventilation. The return trip was booked, and we presented the voucher, but the taxi driver had to escalate this to his boss, and after several calls, the issue was resolved. The minibus, which we returned with, was in a very poor condition, very old, worn out, very smelly. The journey was very uncomfortable. We will not recommend this taxi service and most visitors are better off with getting a taxi at the airport. At least you can see the state of the vehicle and know who the driver is.

Abandoned - I pre booked and paid for this transfer and nobody came to collect us. A friendly local within the airport kindly contacted the company to ask where they were and to send someone. After waiting over half an hour a gentleman arrived and advised they have the wrong day and take it up with his boss!! Terrible first impression of the country. After travelling for over 15 hours this is not the service you need. Abandoned on arrival! I hope this does not happen on our return to the airport or I will demand a refund.

Good there but back downtime and not reachable by phone - Things went well on the way there. But the transfer to the airport that we had ordered at 4:00 a.m. was cancelled because the taxi didn't show up. No one answered two contact numbers. The hotel arranged a taxi and we left about an hour late.
