Wonderful Group Hije - Jon and Kevin were great guides. The sunset hike is the way to go. We had a beautiful afternoon and evening. The snacks, dinner and gear they provided were great. They were attentive to dietary needs and allergies in our group. The hike itself was fantastic; we had 9 people ages 13-75, and each and every person loved it. The photos are excellent and the overall experience even better.

Grand Canyon sunset - As a 64 year old woman I was a little nervous for the hike, but totally wanted the experience. It was hard but totally worth it. The guides Kevin and Kristy, were exceptional!! They were so supportive. The sunset below the rim was beautiful. Food was delicious.

Fabulous way to see the Grand Canyon - Where to begin - wish we could rate it higher than 5 stars, it was that good. First, Jon and the guides are great - Jon organizing, communicating, answering questions, and helping with details. Kevin and Christy were the guides - top notch guides and hikers, knowledgeable and fun, patient and responsive. Besides that, they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet - not only for our group but asked every group on the way down and back up if they were doing okay or needed water or other help. As for the hike, it was beautiful scenery and views that you just can't see from the rim. We took our time and came out of the canyon right as the sun was setting, so it was a perfect view. We had a few hiccups but with the goal of everyone happy and smiling when we got back to the rim, it was a great hike and highly recommend Only Grand Canyon Day Hikes. The food was great and the snacks and drinks abundant. The trekking poles were a big plus and learning how to use them helped too. All in all, it was a great once in a lifetime adventure.

Sensational hike complete w/ lifetime memories! - Sensational sunset hike to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Hard to find words to describe how amazing our hike was. Jon (who has 26 yrs of GC guide experience) made sure everything was perfect, from the timing & trail he chose, to the snacks and yummy/healthy dinner! Worth the Time and Energy and Money - Wonderful Tour with Kevin! We exerted an unregrettable amount of time - energy - and money enjoying this “bucket list” opportunity! Will remember for a lifetime and cherish the memories and pictures.

Great hiking experience in Grand Canyon. - Kevin was a great guide and the hiking was amazing. Dinner at Cedar Ridge watching Grand Canyon TV was probably the best part. They provided packs, snacks, water, hiking poles, and dinner which was wonderful.

Must Do Hike - This was my husband and my first trip to the Canyon. We went with a friend who had been before but only viewed it from the top. We wanted to experience the Canyon by hiking down into it. This tour was perfect for so many reasons. First, although we are regular walkers we are not experienced hikers. With the helpful tips from our guide Kevin we were able to successfully hike 2 miles down into the Canyon and back up again. Second, as advertised Jon provided everything needed to have a successful hike- walking sticks, backpacks filled with more snacks than needed, water, frozen Gatorade, back packs, Jon’s famous and delicious chicken wrap, and even headlamps which we did not use because we made it back to the top before full dark. Third, our guide Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging the entire trip. He also took fabulous photos of us! So happy we picked this tour. Memories of a lifetime were made.

Must do experience - Our guide was the best! She made the best wraps, had the greatest stories and we let very safe with her!

Come for the views, stay for the exercise - Gorgeous views, and encouraging guides (Kevin and Christie) made this stunningly fun day. Sure, it was strenuous but it was worth every ounce of sweat.

John was an amazing tour... - John was an amazing tour guide, he was very prepared for everything we needed or may have needed. We went as a family of four and it was memorable and a highlight for all of us. John showed us all the amazing view points of the canyon and took pictures that we love and can look back on forever! I would highly recommend this to anyone/any age. We had the most amazing time!
