After admiring old and new lava flows we will proceed on foot to the inner part of old craters. The charming panorama and the picturesque scenery will give us the feeling of being on the moon.
After a short break, the hike will continue with a visit, carrying helmet and torch, inside a lava cave to admire a unique spectacle.
Walking through a luxuriant vegetation, we will finally admire the spectacular Valle del Bove.

Fabulous trip! - Had a wonderful trip. Our guide Daphne was excellent. She explained everything so well and took lots of time to go through the cave and also we got good time in the hike up the Etna (to the point where we could). Would highly recommend this company and the guide. Their communication, timing and the whole experience was wonderful. Mount Etna trip was the top of the list of our whole week in Sicily.

The best guide ever! - The pick up was smooth. Our guide was a volcanic professor so extremely knowledgeable. He was a great guide and had a little Sicilian treat for us at the end! Highly recommended!

Super tour with great guide - The trip to Mount Etna was very nice and our guide terrific. He told us a lot about the origin and history of the mountain and you can tell he loves what he does. Can't recommend it.
If you want to go higher up Mount Etna, this tour is not suitable, as everything is visited at the level of the cable car valley station.
Which is a big plus: you have a pickup service in Catania.

Great time, good way to spend the day. - Gaetano was an excellent tour guide and very fun to hike up the mountain with.
The explanations for the volcanoes history and formation were very informative.

Entertainment - Trip with the guide Elia truly exceptional. The weather was not beautiful, but the passion in describing the volcano cheered us up. We had a good time and recommend it to everyone.

Leonardo was great guide! - The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Despite being unable to following the original plan, due to a road closure, we still had a fantastic time thanks to Leonardo! The caves were great and the hike round the area gave us a lot of knowledge and brilliant memories. Would highly recommend!

Recommended - Terrific guide, Daphne gave us a wonderful experience, lots of information and very caring and understanding of the abilities of the various members of our small group, enjoyable and interesting walk. The sweet wine and biscotti at the high point of our walk was appreciated.

Great day. - Fantastic excursion, all the stops were great and the trekking was the top. To see the volcano was a great experience. Leonardo was a great guide, very kind and always ready to help and answer any question. I recommend this excursion.

Winter at Mt. Etna - We had such a great time on this hike! We had Iorga, and he was such a delight. Shared so much knowledge, and fun facts, as well as had a great sense of humour! It was a small group of 6, and he was able to ensure everyone had a good time, and spoke in multiple languages for those who don’t speak English.
Would highly recommend this tour, even in the off season! I do recommend hiking boots or winter boots if you go in the off season as there is snow and it can be a bit slippery. Iorga was able to ensure we all had a path way through, but good to have!

Unfortunate bad weather ! - Unfortunately the weather was pretty grim and lots of clouds so there were no impressive views ! Our Guide, Daniel was very good and and he explained the history, culture and evolution of the mountain in great knowledge and understanding
