Informative and very interesting, ending with a nice tasting. - Fantastic tour taken by Ricky. He gave us a great history of the winery and the surrounds, then took us underground where we walked through a number of the ‘drives’ or tunnels. He socially engaged with all of us, and added a sense of of humour to the whole experience. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Great wines too.

Very informative and caring - Ricky was very informative and I had my elderly mother with me who was on a walker. We were told she had to do stairs but Ricky found ramps for her to use. He was very attentive to her limits with walking and kind. They also told you where to visit for the fortified wines as they don’t do them. Very enjoyable

An amazing tour - An excellent tour, and in our case, a great activity on what was a horrible day outside, weather-wise. Our guide Ricky was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the history of the the company and the cellar itself. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is even remotely interested in wine & champagne - the cellar is incredible! If we lived closer we'd certainly be putting a group of friends together to book a dinner in the underground dining room too.

Toilets disgusting - Lovely guide. Very informative. Really cool cellar. Tour included wine tasting. Negative- no lunch or dining options. Really disappointing. No picnic baskets to buy. Missed opportunity. Outdoor Toilets were disgusting- not cleaned and covered in bugs and webs. Sink area very dusty.
