Parliament, Royalty and more - This was a wonderful tour. Chris, our guide, gave us a quick political and social history of England as he connected it to the different sites we passed. He was full of interesting historical and social tidbits, both past and present, that personalized the events and individuals involved. He was very knowledgeable and seemed able to gear toward the groups interest.

Viator Guide Treats Us “Like Royalty!” - This was a lovely tour, enjoyed by everyone in our group (7 adults, ages 21 - 59). In addition to the tour being enjoyable, i had misinterpreted the tours “start directions,” putting me and my family in the wrong location. Slawek - the tour guide reached out to me to confirm our attendance. And even though it was MY ERROR, he personally brought over our tickets, enabling us to tour without consequence. He was so understanding and accommodating!

We had a private tour the three of us, since the other people didn’t show up - We hoped to get inside somewhere , that was only possible in the palace … Chris was an excellent guide !

Great walking tour of Palace and Westminster - Starting with the Big Ben and the London special Telephone, tour guide was very informative about the area. Talked about Parliament square, highlighted the historical figures in that square, took us to Downing street and shared its significance and finally the walk into the Buckingham palace itself. He was also nice to take picture of the families, especially in front of the palace. Everything went well, but towards the when the group enters Buckingham palace, it was self guided audio tour based on the palace security. Audio tour was good and enjoyable as well. One feedback to the tour operator is, its better to tell the group in advance what to expect once we enter the palace and do we as a group meet again or not. Otherwise it felt like an abrupt ending. After the tour we were tired and had lunch at the Garden cafe. Tour guide probably could have met there for a closure or at the souvenir shop. We didn't had opportunity to thank the guide at the end.

Tour of change of guards - Had Richard as the tour guide. He was knowledgeable and it was fun to have him. He was well informed and that gave us the opportunity to see King Charles pass by in his motorcade.

Too expensive for what you get. - Our tour guide Nathan was very entertaining and the info he shared was very good. However, I picked this tour because it specifically said Westminster and Buckingham Palace. That is not true. We did not go into Westminster at all. We just spent about five min outside talking about it and then walked to the horse guard parade area. Additionally, he didn’t go with us into Buckingham Palace. We had to use the audio guide. The palace was great and the audio tour was well done. However this was an expensive tour to pay for. We should have just bought tickets to the palace and the Abbey separately. With a group of 5, it would have been less expensive and we would have been able to see the abbey.
