Enlightened! - The tour was very interesting & enlightening. There were three guides with about 18 people, so we were kept well informed & were able to ask lots of questions. Throughout I felt safe & well looked after without being hand-held.

Look behind those 'No Entry' doors - A very interesting tour behind the doors of Charing Cross tube station with engaging guides. Particularly interesting if you rush through Charing Cross and ever wonder what is behind those 'no entry' doors.

Very interesting and worthwhile - This was an excellent tour presented by Gillian, Becky and Anthony who were first class throughout. The tour was very interesting and although I have knee problems, I still managed to get through it without too much trouble although there were one or two areas that the tour took us to that were rough and ready and made me have to take extra care. Gillian and Becky gave us loads of facts about the disused tunnels and they made it interesting and well worthwhile doing our day trip from Newcastle just for the tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone, especially if they get the 3 aforementioned staff that we were lucky enough to have today.

London Underground in a unique light - As a train and subway buff, I throughly enjoyed this tour of a Charing Cross aboandoned station. The guides from the Transport Museum were friendly and informed. Taking us through a station, tunnels, worker passageways and entry foyers. Showed us video clips of an action movie filmed down there. Looking forward to seeing the Transport Museum

Fantastic tour but price point may be a sticking point for most. - Excellent tour. Really didn't know what to expect as it was our first Hidden London tour. It won't be our last. Did panic a bit when they mentioned it would be dusty and wet and here was my daughter and I in our summer dresses and white trainers! However, it really wasn't bad but I'd keep that in mind. The soles of our shoes were black by the end! Our tour guides were great and really knowledgeable. Answered everyone's questions but didn't dwell too long on questions which was great. Getting to see the old Jubilee part of the station was really interesting as well as going into some of the parts no one else goes into. Like above where the current underground trains are running. Great tour if you're a big fan of the underground like my daughter is but also if you're not. I'm not and it was really cool. I think the downside is that it was quite pricey - £45 for an adult each (students and concessions are cheaper). Although you do get half price entry into the London Transport Museum and 10% off merch in the museum shop if you go on the tour. We personally were not able to take advantage of that. Maybe we could have got a pin badge or something else on the day to make it more justifiable. It doesn't put me off, and I'd do another one. However, something to keep in mind if you are thinking of booking this.

Good but pricey! - Overall an interesting tour but significantly downgraded for the exorbitant cost compared to other similar walking tours. ☹️

Secrets come at a cost - If you are interested to find out about the hidden world of the London Underground then this is a decent experience. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and you get to go in areas not open to the public. Was it worth the £45 per person....in my opinion, no it wasn't. Its a £20-£25pp experience. At that price it would have been nice to at least been able to keep the lanyard that gave out.
