Excellent - Informative tour of an iconic brewery of London. 35 minutes of as much beer (at least 10 plus ciders ) as you want to sample. You won’t be disappointed

Great staff! Great history lesson, Great service and fantastic shop (& beer) - Lovely tour rep explained the process and history of the brewery, very informative and gave us a greater understanding of what the brewery did and its history! Not to mention the beer tastings at the end and the brewery shop that was full of great gifts and an impressive array of alcoholic presentation packs!!

Great guide and tour. Rude reception and bar staff. - All 5 of my stars go to Dave the brilliant tour guide who was knowledgeable and friendly and fun. The tour content was great. Very informative and relaxing. I wouldn’t give any stars to the two people in the bar area. As they were so rude. On arrival the lady looked at us with no patience when we didn’t say immediately why we were there. Then when I asked if we had time a drink she barked ‘I don’t know, i don’t know how long it takes you to drink do I’ . The man at the bar was equally as dismissive and when we got some purchase at the end of the tour when I ask if we paid here or in the shop I was made to feel it was a stupid question. It all contributed to the flat atmosphere in the bar and why we didn’t stay for a beer after the tour. So rubbish start and end thanks to those two but Dave and the guy who signed us in were fantastic.

Brewery Tour, Fuller's Griffin LONDON - The tour is definitely recommended! Our guide brought the processes of brewing across once and now with enthusiasm and in a way that is easy to understand. You could ask questions at any time, which were answered competently and comprehensively. The final tasting left nothing to be desired. A heartfelt thank you!

Cheers - Excellent tour. Our guide Caroline explained the brewing process, showed us the old brewing equipment and then the modern equipment. She also told us a few interesting bits of trivia along with a quick review of the history. There were a number of the cask and keg ales available to taste at the end. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. Highly recommended!

Fab! Highly recommend. - We went as a group of Scout Leaders for a day out. We all Scout in Hammersmith and Fulham, so it made sense to visit this iconic brewery. The tour was brilliant. Very informative and quite interesting. Our guide (who's name escapes me!) was fab and knew even the smallest details of what he was showing us. We ended the tour with some very tasty samples and then retired to the Brewery Pub afterwards for a few pints. Overall, it was a brilliant day and we would highly recommend.

Fun and Enjoyable Brewery Tour - Having drove past Fullers brewery on a number of occasions in the past. I finally decided it was time to make a vist and take a tour. Being a fan of London Pride Beer it was really interesting to see how it's made from start to finish. This is where our Brilliant tour guide Colin comes in first taking us through the history of the brewery. Next we headed into the factory and went step by step through the brewing process. Along the way learning many different facts and figures plus ofcourse quite a few laughs throughout. Once you've reached the end of process and see the beer being place into there barrels/casks. It's time to go and try the various Beers for yourself in a private bar for tour guests. To summarise a great afternoon out, interesting tour, well stocked shop , friendly staff. Worth a vist if your into your Beer. The brewery is easily accessible by London Underground or a walk along the scenic Thames Foot path from Hammersmith for keen walkers.
