Sue is The Pride of London - Fullers Brewery tour today led by Sue. What a fantastic experience. Amazing to see the original sitting side by side with the latest equipment in an authentic brewery. Sue was both knowledgable and loves her London Pride. Ten out of Ten!

Brilliant Brewery Tour - An excellent, value for money tour.
Our guide, Simone, is clearly passionate about the brewery and, of course, the beer! She is very knowledgeable and was more than happy to field questions as we moved around the site.
The tour culminated in a tasting session of the Fullers range, which was an opportunity to sample beers that I hadn't tried before, as well as some old favourites.
All in all, a great way to spend a couple of hours 😁

Sue Thackery a great tour guide - Yesterday 15/01/25 at 11 am I went on the Fullers Brewery Tour with two male mates. Our guide was the lovely Sue Thackery and she gave us a brilliant tour of the brewery. She was so well spoken (putting us Mansfield lads to shame). I can recommend this tour to anyone who finds themselves in the Chiswick area or who travels from afar. Two lads from Taiwan made up the tour behind us. We purchased a £7 lucky dip bag of beers, which I am yet to sample. Sue is a credit to Fullers Brewery and was a fantasic guide. All the other staff we encountered were great as well. Thanks very much. Regards Les Norman

Excellent tour- well paced, informative and great opportunity to taste the products at the end - Excellent tour- really interesting, well paced and plenty of opportunity to taste the products at the end! Symone, our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about the Brewery and its beers, she engaged well with the group and there was and plenty of time for questions. The site is a working and busy factory - so lots of attention to health and safety. The tasting room at the end was fun and they were very generous and you get discount in a well stocked shop. Would definitely recommend this tour but wear sensible shoes and not suitable for anyone with mobility problems as there are lots of tricky stairs.

Bottoms up for this beer-making tour. Cheers!! - Seasoned beer drinkers, we really enjoyed the tour and learned a lot about the history of the company and the site. Sue, our tour guide, was brilliant; lots of fun banter as we walked our way through the beer production process. From the history of the name 'London Pride' to some basic chemistry/physics, and the derivation of some of the more colloquial phrases about 'rats' and being 'plastered'. Good fun and an education too. And a sampling session at the end finished the tour off nicely. I'd recommend this tour to everyone.

Thank you Jason!! 🎄🥰 - I have booked a tour for my husband for a Christmas present, and I just want to say what a GREAT help Jason, Tour Manager was, made all the difference to me giving a Xmas present to me being able to give the best Christmas present, thank you SO much for your help it was above & beyond, so many people would have just said ‘no!’ and blamed it on company policy or something daft.

A wonderful visit and tour ! - My wife and I went on the tour at the end of November. We had a fantastic time from start to finish, all the staff were so friendly and Lisa our tour host was brilliant. We learnt so much, not just about the history of Fullers and the brewing process but also about beer and brewing in general. I for one, did not know the origin of the name London Pride and many other facts.
They have a really good shop too with lots of super merch.
If you are in London and have even just a remote interest in beer then this is a "Must Do"
Thanks Lisa and everyone for a great visit.

Excellent - Informative tour of an iconic brewery of London.
35 minutes of as much beer (at least 10 plus ciders ) as you want to sample.
You won’t be disappointed

A Great Brewery Tour Experience - This was a really educational tour of the brewery, with its long line of history and brewing techniques. We had the chance to wander around the brewery, see the staff in action and have a tasting session at the end of the 2 hour event. They had a nice gift shop to buy supplies and memorabilia.
