Great experience - Great experience. Grateful for Ali as our driver as he showed us around central London on our way back to the hotel. Would recommend Ali as your driver!

Magical Truly! - I went solo, but in a way, glad I did! I got to geek out independently! No judgement or trying to keep up with another family member or friend. The experience amazed me at ever turn! I wouldn’t have rented the audio if I were to do it again. When you are as big of a fan as me, it distracts from the real speakers inside. I will do this again when they change things up seasonally. Be aware it is 1.5 hours from Virginia Station!

Customer service of 10. - I have not made the trip yet, but if you have any doubts or mistakes, they will attend you wonderfully. Yesterday I had doubts and Charlie treated me fabled, with the bad paw that today when I made the reservation I got the wrong date! And again Charlie has taken care of me and sorted it out in less than a minute. It is the great workers who make companies great 💪

Great experience with Falgun. Thank you! - Falgun is the most incredible guide. He noticed we were struggling and helped us book a tour immediately. So accommodating and helped us problem solve with such ease and kindness.

Convenient transportation to the studio - The bus ride to and from the studio was good. Travelled from Baker Street Saturday morning and there was little traffic. Arrived studio 30 minutes before and got going right into. The screens on the seat rows where we sat did not work, but otherwise ok. Had been nice with an opportunity to choose later return, to get more out of the studio. Probably more affordable to travel collectively, but with children it was easier to choose organized transportation

Plan by yourself - The experience is definitely 5 stars, I highly recommend. The time planned by the tour operator was not enough, it would have been advisable to have at least 2 hours more.

Buy your own tickets & transportation - The bus ride to the attraction took an hour and 45 minutes. Upon arrival, we were given a wristband with “18:45” printed on it and told the bus would return at 1845. We went to the bus stop about 10 minutes early. At 1846, a bus (across the street from the bus stop) started its’s engine and pulled around to the bus stop. It departed at 1701. It would have been nice to know this, to avoid standing in the cold. Harry Potter World was great. If I were to go again, I would avoid a tour operator. I would purchase my entrance tickets and take a bus or train. It would be considerably cheaper and allow more flexibility. The studio tickets are £56. The tour was close to £100

Not worth the price - We went with this arrangement because it was the “official” transport for the studio and we don’t have a rental car while in London. We were less than impressed with the bus and transport experience. This combined ticket cost enough to expect good service, a good riding experience and maybe even something a bit special. The service was ok but staff only gave bare minimum effort. The real issue was the bus. It was advertised as a “themed” bus - it was just a crappy bus with a HP wrap. Our family seating group was uncomfortable, had no power to the charging station and had two broken seat belts. It also lacked the screens that were available for viewing HP scenes in other seats. Since it was so full, there was no moving once we got a seat so we were stuck. Also, we normally wouldn’t complain about being early, but we arrived an hour before our entry time (we were able to get in to the studio early) but that gave us nearly 5 hours before the bus would be back. That is too long at the studio and it left us killing time (and spending money for snacks/dinner). Had we paid less, we may have had lower expectations - as it was, we would have been much better off taking a public transportation option. It would have been cheaper and allowed us to be able to leave when we wanted. Honestly, a ride share service would still have been cheaper and given us direct service to and from our hotel. Save your money.

Poor Service from Golden Tours - There were no signs or a desk, just a very rude guide with a jacket that said Golden Tours. When I tried to ask a question, he told me to come back 15 minutes before the booking, and he would answer any questions. I explained that it made me nervous, and I wanted to make sure I had my group at the correct place before then, since there were no signs or information anywhere, and fifteen minutes isn't long to move a big group, if we were in the wrong place. I simply asked if the tour departed from where we were, and he grumbled yes as he stomped off. Then, when I finally did check in, I told him we were going to be missing one person from our group. Rather than listening, he tried to cancel an entire booking for 9 people. Overall, rude, would not listen or answer any questions. No signs, or information, overall, not a great experience.
