Fantastic Tour - We loved Hannah, she was great! Fantastic tour, fully recommend. We got to see all the locations from the films with videos from the films, and the cruise was comfortable.

Excellent guide made exceptional family walking tour - Amara, our guide, made this walking tour of Harry Potter locations in London a great experience. She was especially great with the kids, who clustered around her to talk all things HP. Her attitude was infectious - even for this dad, who has never read any of the books or seen the films. Great family outing in central London - promote this lady immediately!

Harry Potter Walking Tour - Amara showed us the actual filming locations or locations that inspired the locations in the Harry Potter films. We got to stop at a Harry Potter shop and to also see the changing of the Guard.

Great Customer Service - A booking was mistakenly made through Groupon, where through their policy you are unable to cancel. I was provided the the number to speak directly, and I was provided a refund within minutes. Great customer services, and I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for tours in the future.

Awful - Absolutely appalling to have traveled for 3 hours for this tour and be told BY EMAIL an hour before that it had been CANCELLED, NO response from the tour guide or trip advisor company !! Two very unhappy children.
