Amazing. Do the afternoon tea it's worth it! - The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble, the food was amazing and the host (I'm sorry I can't remember her name it began with a B) but she was so so lovely to the point I felt I had to get on here and say how percect our experience was. Thank you so much

Magical Hospitality - On a whim before our tour started we were able to fit in some the afternoon tea. Met with incredible Hospitality and delicious food. We were a bit sheepish of doing tea in London because of how expensive it is for what we thought we would get. Food and tea were amazing and we left full. Bimia and Steve made the day extra special for a once in a lifetime trip.

A big WOW for the wizard & wand emporium! - Great tour for our 9 & 11 year olds. The walking tour was good, although it would be nice if it ended at the afternoon tea location or at a direct path back. It was a little difficult to make our way back to the wizard & wand emporium but boy was the frantic jaunt worth it. The Tea has been the highlight of your kids trip! It isn’t fancy but the girls (Quinn & Silva) kept in character and did a fabulous job of keeping the kids entertained. It was the perfect amount of interactive wizardry the kids needed. Even our 11 year old, not a potter fan, wanted to come back for the wand selection. I would only recommend they add some gnome bricks (aka sugar cubes) to make the potions a little more tasty for the kids.

Most fun activity so far in London!! - Loved this experience and will definitely do it again, with our next visitors!! John and Kraig were fabulous, with John being extremely kind and funny, sharing such interesting stories about the sites during the ride (I’ve translated them all afterwards to our young guests who didn’t understand it), and Kraig giving us the most exhilarating ride!!! So much fun!!

See another side of London - This was a great tour and our guide was very nice! I would recommend it because it gives you a good overview of London. You get to see things you might not normally see in the city!

Great tour - The walking tour was great. Having Lupe as our guide was an excellent addition to the tour. Our first language is Spanish (Puerto Rico), so having a bilingual tour guide was a plus to better understand all the information provided. She made us engage with the surroundings and didn't lost a sight of the group, made us to fell in love with London. I gave a 4 rating because the afternoon tea was canceled but customer service diligently provide us with other alternatives to compensate. I absolutely recommend this tour.

Unique Experience - I recently enjoyed afternoon tea for my sister's birthday. We were sadly delayed due to a road accident nearby and let the restaurant know. They were very accommodating and permitted us to enjoy afternoon tea when we arrived later than expected. The cakes were amazingly designed and the savoury snacks were also really nice. Together with the tour, it was a great day and a must for any big Harry Potter fans.

A definite yes to the tour, skip the tea. - The magical tea description is a little misleading because it’s not right after the tour. You have to go back to the beginning an hour later so I would skip that part, but the rest of the tour was amazing. This was one of the best ways to see the city in a few hours.

Do Not Recommend - While the tour guide was good and energetic, the majority of the tour is spent riding the tube. It didn’t even include Millennium Bridge as one of the stops. Also, the tour ended almost a half hour away from the magical tea place. I also had to make my own separate booking (and pay again) for the tea experience because my information was not shared with them. Skip this and save your time and money.
