Repeat customer and will go again - Second time visiting and absolutely loved it! It's such a unique experience in a dramatic location! And they had made improvements since last time, so far to see them taking feedback onboard too

MUST DO!! - I booked the Snow Globe Fondue Dinner as a surprise for my husband, and it was absolutely worth every penny! All of the staff were so friendly, and accommodating, they think of everything, even a bluetooth speaker to have your own music if you choose. We have had cheese fondue all over the world, and we thought this was the best, if you want more of anything, they will bring it!!

Relaxing Thames cruise - Loved every second of this one of a kind experience. Had a bit of confusion when trying to find the location but that was on our end for not fully being aware of our surroundings. Once we arrived we were greeted and ordered our beverages for the boat. We had our own private dressing room and lock box to keep our belongings. We brought our own towels but they also had some to rent if you needed to. The dressing rooms were heated also! They allowed us to use their Bluetooth speaker on the boat to listen to some music and gave us a waterproof box to our any other electronics in during our cruise! We popped champagne and had a lovely cruise through the Thames. Will never forget this experience.

Nice romantic boat ride. - My girlfriend and I did the this last night. What a great fun experience it was. The chap who took care of getting us sorted was really good and friendly and the missus loved his boots!!! :-) Boat was easy to manoeuvre, the water lovely, and the route, especially at night was really nice - well most of it, there was some building works but that cannot be helped. Great craic with people crossing the bridges/outside the pubs etc. In the dark it was also romantic and having the ability to control the speed and even have a break for a little bit to take in the sites around the 'Wharf'. All in all really good evening and would highly recommend. Thanks for a great time!!

Great experience , lots of fun - Fun and original activity. it was a cold day the water was so warm we felt great. Enjoyed drinks, lots s of laughs , good music ( played from our phone).

60th Birthday Party - A long overdue 60th birthday party with mums and daughters. We all had a brilliant and memorable time. Would recommend the private hot tub experience.

Do it!!!! - We had the best afternoon! Dom our “skipper” was great, the experience is one of the most fun things to do in such a beautiful part of London!! Just brilliant!

Too weird to enjoy - My partner and I booked this for her Birthday. The team is good and the concept is great, but the reality is weird. Everyone stares and takes photos, making comments about how we look. We even had an old man follow us for 20 minutes down Canary Wharf station side saying stuff like "Do you wax or shave your chest because I want to rub lotion on it". He kept following us and taking photos until we waved down police and he ran into the station. Totally ruined the experience and we cut it short and turned around. Feels like a waste of a £140. It's just too weird to enjoy in a public setting.

Go on your own risk. - Very unprofessional approach and pathetic hospitality. Just show off nothing else. Don't waste your valuable money. I have been told ,we will contact you and discussed everything about your bad experience, still I haven't heard back. It was all risk on us when we visit,if you love your family,never visit this place.
