Highly recommended!! Philip was amazing!! - We very highly recommend this tour. It’s so very insightful, interesting and at times funny. We found it very engaging, we were hooked on every word, which moves me on to our guide, Philip (with one L) - he absolutely made the tour. His knowledge is second to none. He made us all feel very comfortable and was very funny. Great music taste too, noticing my KLF t shirt. Thank you!!

Highly Recommend - I recently went on a Jack the Ripper walking tour, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Our guide, Philip, was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the chilling history of Victorian London to life with his engaging storytelling. Despite the cold weather, Philip kept the group’s spirits high with his humor and warmth, making the tour not only informative but also thoroughly enjoyable. He shared a wealth of information about the infamous crimes, the historical context, and the fascinating details surrounding the mystery. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in history, true crime, or simply exploring London in a unique way. Philip’s passion for the subject and his ability to connect with the group made it a truly memorable experience. Don’t miss it!

Excellent tour with Philip - We really enjoyed our recent tour with Philip. He was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and full of energy, happily answering all our questions. We covered many streets and areas. Philips ability to paint a vivid picture of Victorian London, with intriguing details about the infamous case really made the experience. The addition of photos from the past and present time really emphasised the reality of these events. Really recommend!

Fantastic Tour with Philip Hutchinson - Philip Hutchinson (that's Philip with one L), led our tour with incredible humor, charm, and, above all, a deep knowledge of Jack the Ripper. His vivid storytelling transported us straight back to the gritty streets of the 1880s. With detailed images and historical insight, he brought the tragic scenes to life in a way that felt almost tangible. Seeing the changes within the East End and being shown the exact locations where the bodies were found was surreal. Highly recommend it, if you're lucky enough to get Philip, you're in for a fantastic experience! 5 stars all round.

10/10! - What a fantastic tour! We had Philip and he was knowledgeable and entertaining. I was a little worried initially that we had such a big group (30?) but Philip had a wonderful booming voice and also made sure we were close enough to him that no one missed out. It was very interesting and fun going to places where some of the killings occurred and also other relevant locations, such as a pub where the victims drank and where an item from a murder was found. Philip also showed us historical photos of the locations which made it even more real! He also took care when passing around the graphic photos so people could skip them if they were inclined, though he still described the killings in detail. When we finished, he made sure to give us instructions on different locations we might be headed to (eg train stations) and made sure he stayed behind until everyone knew where they were going to next. Brilliant tour start to end, highly recommend!
