- From October - March the scheduled tour departure times are 7:30pm and 9:20pm.
- No tours on 25th and 31st December.
- Audio guides will not be available so all tours will be live guided in English only.
- From April - September the scheduled tour departure times are 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:15pm, 9:45pm and 10:15pm
- During summer months the tours may not be in the hours of darkness due to sunset times
- Please note that all seats (including Upper deck) are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Nice way to get started in London - We took this tour the first night we were in London. It was a good way to get a feel for the location of the tourist spots in the city and plan on visiting them. The tour guide was quite entertaining.

ENJOYED THE RIDE - This is a great tour. You get to see LONDON with all the beautiful lights.
It’s really great to see the city all lit at night.

Short and Sweet - Our tour was absolutely lovely. The tour guide was extremely personable and dropped various factual gems and historical jokes throughout the tour which made the entire time fly by. I believe her name was Shannon - forgive me if I’m wrong, but she was FANTASTIC. The driver also did a great job with navigating traffic and some of the silly drivers on the road. I loved the sights we got to see (the ones available because the London Tower was under renovation) and I managed to snag some really stunning photos.

We loved our tour!!!! - We absolutely loved this and loved the tour. All the staff are friendly and nice. Got some really good history and background information on all the buildings around London.
Top tip; sit on the left hand side. Wrap up warm.

Good night tour of London - It’s exactly as described. Tour London at night without getting off the bus. Some sights are hard to get pictures of without stopping but it’s a 90 minute tour to see highlights of London so makes sense.
We sat on the top deck and it was often hard to hear the guide even though she was talking on a speaker.

Fun London night tour! - We enjoyed our evening with Lisa. She had some good stories and her timing was good. Sometimes she was a bit hard to understand but she was very nice and funny too. As night tours go this was one of the best because so much is lit up and it’s such a huge city. Good job!!

Mildly underwhelming - So our ride was 3 out of 5 stars due to our guide who seemed less knowledgeable than all of the taxi drivers we had in London prior to the tour. I believe she was an expat living in England, and didn’t share much history of the city. Instead she called out things like “and there on the left is one of our iconic red telephone booths.” There was a lot of traffic (learning - go on a Mon Tues or Weds) and with her seemingly low level of knowledge I would not recommend nor go again.

Blocked sites and no puca - Difficult to see most landmarks if another double bus was next to you they blocked the view.
Don’t stop or really slow down so you could take pics.
We had to sit in the cold because the windows on the bus were dirty so you could see or take a pic through them if you wanted to.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! - VERY,VERY DISAPPOINTING! Guide is live English only, which for us was fine, but others on the tour talked the entire time over every other guest, in there native language and we couldn't hear a thing!!! This tour should be conducted like the on-off big bus tour with audio guides and headsets, in various languages. I would love a refund, if possible. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY! Spend it elsewhere, you will thank me.
