Very good, informative and saw all the sites - Rug up warm, it can get a little chilly and have a toilet break before you get on board the double decker bus

A new perspective of such a beautiful city! - While I’m convinced London is best experienced on foot, this tour provides a new perspective of its beauty by night. We opted for a Sunday night which was prime for less traffic!

Must see! - It can get cold at night in February in the open air portion but it was to fun to go down stairs! Absolutely had an enjoyable time! I’ve been to London plenty of times but this was a great tour at night! Highly recommend

Great tour with super guide - It was a great tour on the open bus with an outstanding tour guide. Especially the many little stories and hints of the guide were great. Definitely every rider with band announcement superior.

Tour at night with guide pointing out monuments and providing facts or stories - Good commentary / fun guide . Was very cold . Many dark areas so couldn’t take good pics - plus bus could of been just a little slower .

Could’ve Been Much Better - We arrived a half hr earlier than departure time to learn there was only one seat left on the upper deck. There were three other disappointed couples all ready sitting on the lower deck, although one couple eventually left soon after. The guides onboard understood our frustration, but there was little they could do about the situation. So most of us spent the duration of the tour trying to see what those on the upper deck saw, only to eventually give up and go on our cell phones instead. We didn’t even feel like part of the tour. My husband remarked we could’ve paid less and saw more sitting in the upper deck of a city bus. My criticism is that unless it’s cold, tour operators have to know no one wants to sit in lower deck. And the fact that we all pay the same price, but some of us see two-thirds less makes it even worse. I don’t know why these same tour operators can’t give you the option of booking upper or lower deck tickets. But because it’s not profitable, I know it’s just wishful thinking on my part.
