A great walking tour and some tasty cheese! - A really enjoyable two hours, sampling cheese, listening to cheesy puns and jokes and visiting some excellent stores. Monterey Jack was an excellent tour guide who kept us entertained and informed. We sampled seven cheeses in total, along with a glass of fizz! In short a lovely way to spend a couple of hours!

Delicious! - We had Jack as our tour guide and he did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and kept me entertained. The cheese we tried was so good. The tour did go for a very long time so we had to leave early to get to another part of our itinerary but would recommend this tour if you’re in London.

Informative, interesting and delicious - Our guide was very informative and funny, we loved the stops and the cheeses were incredible! Learning about the history behind the origins and naming of cheeses was particularly interesting, and we found ourselves loving cheeses we never thought we would try.

A great couple of hours for cheese lovers - A great walking tour with Jack. He was funny and informative and the 2 hours went in a flash. Lots of fun and would be good for all ages. If you're lactose intolerant then this isn't one for you. Well done, Jack.

Great trip and would... - Great trip and would recommend. 12 of us on our tour and the cheese was a bit sparse. My wife and son did the same trip a few months ago when there were just 4 and they had generous portions.

Cheesy Crawl - Overall and thanks to our tour guide, a good experience. Perla was amazing and made the best of it despite the immense crowds and seemingly low budget experience. The visit to Fortson and Mason would have been excellent had it not been for the Christmas crowds and having to “taste” the cheeses in the middle of the street. Heading to Whole Foods was probably the lowest point in the “tour”. Granted, the cheeses experienced at this location were somewhat unique. What was not so unique was visiting a grocery store for our tasting. The tour ended up well with visits to two small local shops that offered some interesting options. Overall, a good experience although I was expecting more. I wouldn’t highly recommend it.

So very average - dont bother! - We were so looking forward to this tour but it wasn't great. We walked to 3/4 different places - thought that Fortum and Mason and Wholefoods was obscure as they are department stores? Each time amongst 100 other shoppers, we were given tiny bits of cheese to taste, very random. Very little information in-between walking from one place to another and then ended up at a "real cheese shop", Neals Yard and were not given what they specialise in - stilton!! Or any blue cheese for that matter. We felt that trip was wasted - not a mention or visit to la Fromagerie or Paxton and Whitfield The tour was expensive for what we got - very very average and amateurish.

Skip this one - Tour guide Jack was great but I would not recommend this tour, especially during a busy period because we had 24 people on our tour and way too many. We had to wait (sometimes in the cold outside) as Jack went to buy cheese and cut it and it took some time. One of the stops was Whole Foods! I have a Whole Foods ten minutes from my home in Florida!! Also-no hand washing or anything as the host cut and handed out the food. My husband had a stomach bug the next day and might be related? I would skip this one

No-show host, no contact, no explanation - Well, what a disappointment. Booked this fun-sounding tour for a small group of us to celebrate one of our favourite cheese-loving friend’s special birthday, hoping it would be a highlight of a weekend break in London. Sadly, even after emailing the operator to confirm it was all going ahead, the host didn’t show up at the meeting point. We tried to speak to the organiser by phone, but could only get through to a call centre who confirmed we were at the correct meeting point at the right time, but were also unable to reach the people running our tour. We ended up doing our own tour, including some spectacular Welsh rarebit at Fortnum’s, accompanied by cocktails. Not the day we’d planned, but we made our own fun. Notes for the organisers…. A quick text/email/whatsapp update should have been a minimum courtesy to let us know how the host was delayed or not coming. An automatic refund too, without having to spend ages on the phone only to be told they will TRY and apply for one for us. A real shame. I wouldn’t recommend based on our experience, sorry.
